We discovered the minotaur was the leak...we treated him the way all snitches are treated prison...Snitches are bitches who get stitches and end up in ditches... so yeah there is a minotaur carcass along the way back by the lake. With you dwarf being a miner he would likely live in the underground area beneath the middle region of Allaria. There is not actual map of the region so you could just invent your own Alkaren and Balmourg would be two major dwarven cities above ground.

Also looking at Commodore Brooks's CS I believe they have double the lifespan of humans. I'd have to go look at some dwarves from the old chapter to see
