Not really, you're better than some people. A few of them, at least. You used to be terrible on a Svenn and Nat (before I grew some tolerance for him) level, but now you're not that bad. As soon as you rank start attacking numbered targets when they come online. Stick to novices. I missed 10 or 11 in a row before getting my first hit, so don't get discouraged.

Also it's 45 minutes between attacks, but if a target survives an attack it goes into hiding for an hour.
