Before we actually start (and as it hasn't been brought up), I'd like to propose that characters with "Buu type" regeneration be a no-no in this. I'd also be inclined to suggest we outlaw full absorptions too (like, no absorbing a whole person to beat them); energy would be fine though.

Would have thought that would have been obvious since I limited the power to SSJ 1.5. By going off of the standards of the Buus, their at least, at their base strength, SSJ2.6 level.

I just brought that up because I've never seen regenerative and absorption abilities as being linked to power levels; which means that someone could still pull out a play-dough character that could reform within the boundaries of the power levels.
If it was derived from power levels, everyone in the series would have been able to develop them.
