Sorry i was rather.... nervous being a new guy and all. Perdtious C Contacted me with interest in the Character i displayed.
And the reasonable alteration (Not gonna forget malice but hes not gonna be worshipped by Ferrus). Provided i can Appease chaos with the Character sheet.
Also, A note... Im largely a wow player and Im an Aspiring Photographer so... A Blank avatar just seemed... Kinda lame.. but Never mind... Not important... Let us see if i can do this right now.
Alright. Perdtious C and the rest of you guys... Well.. What do you think?Name: Ferrus
Role: Escaped Experiment (Acting for Most Purposes as a Cultist).
Wargear: Las-pistol, Chained Fist (Chain Weapon rather than the Astartes Weapon), Drug Pump (its on his back)
Abilities & Training: *Unknown* Though Basic Imperial Weapons Training and Tactics is confirmed, Narcotic Surge.
Background: Ferrus, A name assigned to itself, has fractional memory of time before Worshipping Chaos, remembering nothing but the inside of a labartory and the cruel smile of a woman. Its memories are only triggered when certain smells or types of people appear and reacts badly to those who embed themselves heavily with tech while the thing seems to remain uncaring about untouchables heavily resenting their counterparts. Ferrus' body is stiched with metal and wire. At first Glance, Ferrus appears normal but his body is pale white and his covered by a plate that hides why he is not to be uncaringly angered. The Drugs and needles that stich his arms and legs feed into him various drugs and narcotics which altar not only his behaviour in combat but also his muscle structure allowing him the possibility of crushing any astartes weapon on his own for which has done many times.
Whatever Ferrus was, An Inquisitor has long since stolen that from it.
Extra: Narcotic Surge.
In certain situations, The Tech that is embedded in his back will implant Ferrus with Certain Narcotics that will altar either his form, his looks or combat style.
Milk-Green - This is an adrenaline narcotic that provides a high each time Ferrus kills something. It will put it into a tunneled vision state but it is generally short-lived
Bright green - Ferrus' muscles expand painfully and will briefly be granted freakish arms that allow it to crush the barrel of various weapons with varying difficulty (Storm-Bolters slightly hard, Volcano cannons would be near impossible but Las-guns would snap easily.) It would only last 5 minutes at best and repetitive use will cause him to become exhausted.
Blue - This is injected into Ferrus to contain Violent emotions. ferrus Cannot activate it personally.
Orange - This is to do with Sight. In General it would give it an Improved sight, Night vision (Limited to about 10 metres in front of Ferrus) and Ferrus perceives a slow-down in time which provides Greater Accuracy with his pistol.
White - A Rarely used and fairly pointless drug that he has control of. It releases a pleasing smell that altars to those around Ferrus. A Plague Marine will smell a festering Corpse, Khorne Champions would smell blood or Fire. A Psyker would smell an Ambrosia or Amber and Blank would smell nothing but a flower that lives.
Milk-white - This would be activated at the stress point of any other narcotic.
Note: Only one can be active at any point and Regenerate of their own accord though.

Color me intrigued, I look forward to see how Ferrus does in the RP. One of our players, Atlaslol, seems to have been absent for almost a week. In order to get the RP going along I'll be posting for his character in the meanwhile. However, if he does not return soon his character is going to have to be the first unfortunate casualty of our group as I will not RP for him indefinitely. I'm going to try to wait for at least another week, hopefully he returns before then.
I am honoured and gleeful to join you lot in your merry scourging of the Forge world.
I wonder how The Others will view what is no doubt a freak to them... Will they see "Oh Goodie... A freak... Can wait to use him as a meat shield..." or will it be "Chaos damn this freak...." So many variations.

Ferrus isnt really astartes.... but trust me, Its alot more interesting and Chaosy.
Mind you, Ferrus can gain the strength of an astartes for an amount of time. I'll be using that for more than just crushing guns.
Hint: It features a Guardsmen's head.
