Kitty grants three wishes Kitty Loses her last 3 Lives {male wanted}

Long ago there lived Neko people that go around granting peoples wishes on the nights of the full moon. But there is a catch to these creatures is once they grant the humans wishes they will love one of their nine lives and the only way for them to regain their nine lives is to killer their wishers once they are down on their last life. But one Neko girl that has made it through her life for hundreds of years with only 3 lives left afte dealing with some selfish wishers that took her first 6 lives. She has concider killing a wisher when the time comes but will her mind change when she meets a guy that is down in the dumos and has a lot of crappy things happen to him then takes in a cat, that is actually the neko girl in her cat form, thinking she was down on her luck being stuck outside in the rain. But the next day he finds the neko girl in the place of the cat but then learns about her ability to grant the three wishes. What will he do with the three wishes, will the neko girl take his life, or will she die allowing to grant him 3 wishes? What will the human do when he finds out about how er lives are connected to his wishes and will he save her with hs last wish or will he just make his final wish and watch her disappear forever?

Looking for a male charater that has a crappy life that continues on until he meets this Neko Girl
He also can't make a wish until a fullmoon
Also he starts off being annoyed with her because of her cat like habits but then starts to like her later on

as long as he acts all grumpy and depressed in the beginning like his life is not going anywhere then I am good
