It had knocked her out. The rock throwers were an adventure team. The team came along and saw Sara. They had to aborted their mission to rescue her. They warped back to the pokemon center. Sara was taken care of.

"Zirana town?" asked Sara. The nurse nodded. "Why do I look like a Cyndaquil?" Sara asked looking at her reflection in mirror. "You are a Cyndaquil." the nurse said. Sara's eyes widened. "B-b-but I'm a human. Well I should be one..." Sara said looking at the nurse. The nurse just looked at her strangely.
