You blew me away, and that's something I don't often tell people. You're quite fantastic when it comes to making banners and the like for your threads (I took a brief glimpse at the dirge of vanaheimr as well), which adds hugely to the general impression of an RP (right off the top of my head I can only think of Genkai doing similar stuff in her own threads, just to give credit where it's due). I've been doing this myself, though when compared to your work, my own will seem crude and barbaric as it's really just fonts without image. Artistic admiration aside, it turns out that there's not just pretty imagery to this, but also a stunning level of English that I had most definitely not expected. The premise you shared with us up above feels almost too complex in it's close to poem-like convolutedness. I kinda liked it, but it takes a different mindset than reading your standard run off the mill prose, which took me a paragraph to get into. Aside from the style, I love me some RP with people who wield a vocabulary that I can still learn from, and I have the vague suspicion that you might be one of them.
It doesn't end there, however; turns out I have a deep fetish for Christian mythology draped in original, gritty fantasy and we have ourselves exactly such a specimen here. I know you won't be answering questions yet, apparently, but can I assume that we'll be adapting some known characters from the original material? Ergo will there be any mention of characters such as Michael, Uriel, Lucifer, Asmodeus, and so on, all given the necessary treatment to suit both this setting as well as still being reminiscent of their original variant? Or are all characters made from scratch? And while at the setting, I think this is broad enough for an answer, what time period is the mortal world in? Are humans currently in their medieval stages, modern time, futuristic? (Personal: Would love to see it lean towards the latter)
Last but not least, how active is active for you? I don't want to have the obligation of churning out a post every single day on principle. Some RPs have that, asking a daily post, and that's fine for them if it works, but I can't manage to do that, at least not if I am meant to bring quality in every single one (which I would very much like to do). I'd say I post 2-4 times a week on average, largely depending on how urgent the IC is and/or how much I struggle with creating something I am happy with. I suppose my actual average also depends on the general pacing of the RP.
All said and done, I would very much like to contribute to this RP. My interest is yours.
