The sound of an alarm clock rang through the bedroom it was in as a slight moan could be heard, seconds later there was a hand that reached out from under the covers and hit the top of the alarm a few times till it hit the off button. After a few minutes went by a young blonde woman sat up in the bed as she streched herself before heading to the bathroom to have an early morning shower. As she stood under the luke warm water she started to become slightly more alive. When she stepped out she dried herself off with a towel before she slid into a pair of jean short shorts and a blue tank top. Mornings had never been Samantha's favorite part of the day but she managed to deal with them. Slinking down to the kitchen her hair was still wet but brushed through as not to cause tangles. After grabbing a cup of orange juice she sat down at the kitchen table as she just started into the glass.
It had been like every day at collage that faithful day, that was until she heard the light sobs comming from the corner of the libary that was rarely visited that even now she didn't know why she had been there herself. Maybe it was just the way things were supose to happen, because that was the day she had met Chris. People at the collage had no mercy for anyone once they were found out to be gay or lesbian, it had been his sobs that she heard and followed untill she met him. Once she found him she knelt down beside him and they talked for what seemed like hours, when she finally managed to get him out of his shell they became great friends and over time they became what they were today which was best friends.
Chris had always been a shy, timid male, and it was still shown in him. His inablity to really connect to people was evedint in his, clingyness to Sam, and his shy demeanour. Dragging himself out of bed, he hugged her tightly, wrapping his arms around her. "Morning" He yawned, embracing her tightly. His chin rested on her shoulder as he held her tight, not letting go.
For anyone who hasn't heard a Somerset accent, please listen to this if my character is stated to orginate from there.
Samantha slightly jumped when Chris had wrapped his arms around her snapping her out of flashback. "Morning Chris." She replied with her soft voice as she had a small smile on her face. She didn't mind how clingy Chris was because she had grown use to it over the years but she knew someone else in the house didn't like it. She picked up her glass of orange juice and had a sip while Chris had her in the embrase.
