That "meat" statement was oddly similar to 90% of what the psycho's in borderlands 2 shout before you end them...They get all cocky about how they are gonna kill you and then...poof...dead as a doornail. I wonder if this aggressive oaf will will follow the same pattern? Eh, only time will tell

Tancred is exactly the type of ignorant racist my character wishes to cleanse this world of...how perfect is that XD and I didn't even read your CS before I made mine =P

EDIT: Here's how I see it- If our two characters come across each other two things are certain 1. there will be a fight and 2. both will be fueled by hatred for the other.
However, the hatred will be different for each and I believe that the reason behind my characters hatred(while killing for hate is unjust regardless) is more profound than yours.

I believe that hatred for a type of person based on the horrible things you have seen that type of person do or how their actions have effected others is a more pure form of hate. My character has gained his hatred for racists through the experiences he has faced in his lifetime and those occurances have molded his hate into a killing machine.

THEN...there's Tancred...
Tancred's reason for killing people of other race's is his scriptures and while fighting for religion is a noble and empowering action that has caused many wars throughout every world real or fictional...his hatred comes form being blindly led by the hand of religion. He hates other races because it is what his god has instructed him to do. While religious people follow very honorably behind their beliefs it is not as strong a fuel as a personal experience. Tancred's hate is directed at anyone of non-human decent because he was instructed or raised that way and his religion is all that he knows...clearly making it a strong reason for his actions...BUT Naunix does not immediately show hatred to those he hates...it develops as he comes to understand their racist nature. Naunix has seen people of purely human or purely elven decent that treat each other with passion so his hatred is not a generalization that comes naturally to him upon the sight of another.

Every race but human is a much larger population of people to hate than the population of aggressive racists. For those reasons I believe that if our two characters come across each other that Naunix's hatred for those too ignorant to accept everyone as equals is going to be a much stronger source of adrenaline or fighting fuel than Tancreds blind hatred in the name of religion.

Feel free to debate my thoughts as I enjoy a logical argument, but I am no psychologist this is just what I believe to be true.

Also sorry if I went overboard on the aspect of emotion there...I like to be as realistic as possible so I just said what I think natural emotion would amount to in that situation ^_^

Tancred's been around for a long time now... he's not ignorant, he just hates people who aren't human...

Your character hates upon sight because the category of the people he hates are born into it

whereas Naunix hates people for a choice they have made...a choice that negatively effects his life and the lives around him.

well, I read all that... fuck...

in any case, Tancred is a very single-minded person. and while he does hate everyone who isn't human, he tends to only hate a few at a time actively. yes, he hates all the non-humans, but only the ones right in front of him actually get hated at any given moment, providing a small pinpoint to focus a lot of pent-up emotion on. and he doesn't rely on his emotions or his adrenaline for his fighting prowess, he uses those to fuel his weapons which help him kill better...

Single minded was what really stood out...his objective is till kill the current hated target in front of him...Naunix fights for a greater purpose (and not the greater purpose of making his god happy that Tancred fights for) but rather the goal of uniting all people as one force to defeat the true evils of the world rather than squabble over religion and race...

Regardless I love how our characters are on opposite sides of a spectrum...this should be interesting.

EDIT: I guess if his emotions are drained to make his weapons more effective he is becoming an even easier opponent...emotionless may have it's advantages at times but when two people are fighting and close to equal in skill...he who has the greater purpose/ emotional backing...will come out victorious.

I totally disagree with your last point. if two people equal in skill are fighting, the one more emotionally charged would be at a disadvantage, because if you can think clearly while fighting, you can fight smarter, beating the ass of the angry dude...

and then there is the fact that fighting good opponents is Tancred's favourite activity ever. thrashing them is even more fun! XD
