I stinkin' hate armor.
Myyt told me my hair and appearance wouldn't matter much, because I would have to cover it up with armor anyways.
And I was like "no".
I don't do armor.

I felt the same way in Runescape. Then Jagex gave a complete overhaul to the armor graphics. I fell in love with Guthix armor.
But no helmet, because fuck helmets.

I was gonna choose half-ling or elf, at first, but then decided to go with human because I wanted something different from my last character.
