Everything I write disappears after a set period of 6 months so I have nothing of the sorts. Closest I can get is reading posts on forums up to 5 years ago but that doesn't do anything to me. I was alright.

Ohright, I had a letter. Dunno where it went. But if I remember right, it was encouragement, about how things will always get better, so even when times are tough, it's okay, I'll be fine.
