Is it OK if the ISC has been around for a little while now? I just sort of realized that it doesn't make much sense for a multi-species civilization, like the ISC, to exist in such a young universe, but it's a pretty central component of who they are. Could we just say the Vit'azny (the founders) happened to live in an unusually densely populated region of the galaxy?

There's no reason they couldn't have been expanding for centuries before the beginning of the RP. There's no flawed logic there.

Also, I appreciate the edits. I'll give it until Saturday morning for another player and if not I'll start the IC anyway and people can join afterwards.
