@All I don't have problem with previous contact or engagements. Mutual history is always good. I just can't allow it to affect starting numbers. I'd love to see you guys work together on a collaborative history.
If a couple of you do want to be, only mildly aware or unaware of the other, then that's cool too. Stats have to remain the same. I mean like three of you could already have relations and pay for the overseeing of the relays and the other three are newer fledgling nations looking for a foothold that's cool too. The balance doesn't have to be 3-3 could be 5-1 or 4-2 or whatever.

Guys it's your RP too. Just incorporate whatever and I'll be happy with it as long as it doesn't break or affect the numbers

You all know of each others existence. Obviously because of gameplay reasons there can't be pre-established treaties and what not. Basically it's like six asian countries. You all know ye are there and co-operate occasionally e.g. The Relay company, security thing, but mostly you're indifferent. At least at the start.*

No problem. Just bear in mind you won't be able to use the relay without permission or paying.
Also, it's more like that the Sithul or UOD would provide your first contact.

Oh, I just wanted to see some of my people go crazy and insane because they tried to speak to Sputtlefish. It's comperable to humans trying to communicate with the Geth!

Also, a nice idea that'll fill up the gap in time might be to do 1 x 1 sub-RP's (that can be linked in the compendium!) that denote historical or current occurances of significance.
