I like the character development part. And we have plenty of people now, so we could probably start. Think you'll be preparing the OOC, or are you still working on a plot?

Question: Are we going to do this in any specific area, or would it be a generic city or state; having a few shops, stores, parks, etc. And would we be starting outside of the juvi, after we broke out? Or should we start inside as we are breaking out?

Sorry but I'm out. I'm already involved in a different superpowers RP and I just haven't come up with any good ideas for a character in this setting. No need to submit everyone else to a shit character i'll have trouble caring about. Have fun though guys, it's a cool setting.

For the second history part I am looking for information on what happened to them while they were doing their time. Did they try and clean up their act and fly straight or were they brought into a different criminal element. Where they someone who started trouble or did they get bullied and beaten? Seems like you have a basic idea of what I am looking for, but I hope this extra bit helps make it more clear.

I actually already have the OOC up my friend. Here is the link to it -> Juvenile Hall Hero's. As for the location the city, Capital City, is a fictional place. It is more or less a combination of New York City, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. Feel free to make up a park, downtown skyscraper, or local bar with a connection to your character. Also, and this is very important, no ones character has or will break out of juvenile hall. We were all released on good behavior by making a deal and undergoing the medical testings.
