The only thing that could possibly be called "wrong" with the WOTNA is it's social caliper. There are two types of people - the Bluebloods and the Redbloods. The Bluebloods (called "Royals" by themselves and "The Grimelesses" by the Redbloods) are those of the aristocratic society, never having to work a day in their lives and having everything handed to them. The Redbloods (called "Human" by themselves and "Savages" by the Bluebloods) are those of the trade. The Reds are those that can and will get dirty either working in the pipes or fighting for their country.

And it is highly illegal for the two social races to merge. At ALL.

And you see, that was their problem. They just couldn't help themselves. He didn't want to believe the rumors of a young woman who lived in the Philiana Clocktower who miraculously fixed anything that was wished. All you had to do was send her a letter.

To the Clockwork Girl -

My name is Alastair Julienne. I am a young, well-bred Blueblood man of 21. I've heard in rumors that you can fix anything, physical or mental. Tonight, I want to test these limits. My father owns a railroad company and he is very ill. I'm the older of myself and my brother, and if and when he passes, I will become heir to his empire. However, I cannot take over his company unless I am wed. So, that's where you come in. Whenever I try to court a woman, my heart breaks a small part because it never seems to work out between the two of us.

Can you send me an angel? Can you fix my broken heart?

The plan wouldn't work. He knew it wouldn't. Alas...

Plot - Alastair is a Blueblood with a broken heart, so he goes out on a limb to find a wife. However, whenever he tries to court a girl, he ends up on the street for one reason or another. When he overhears rumors about a mysterious girl who can fix anything, he sends her a letter, asking her to fix his heart, and the two somehow end up falling in love, rebelling against the powers that be.

Characters:

Nikola Belikova, "The Clockwork Girl" - Nikola is a mysterious yet famed young Redblood woman who is a master inventor and repairman. She lives up in a clocktower, working endlessly on the things that people ask her to make/fix/etc. She is the main female character in this roleplay.

Alastair Julienne (name changeable) - Alastair is the character that you'll play. Alastair is a young Blueblood heir to a railroad empire. With a power-hungry younger brother and a very ill father, he has to get married quickly if he wants to take on his father's company. He is the main male character in this roleplay.
