Okay, you know what, this has to cease. For all who are a part of, or have participated in this thread, I am the GM in question. Hey, how are ya? *Waves to all*. Okay, down to business.
Feldo, are you seriously going to sit here and say none of your questions(relevant or otherwise) were answered and I was straight ignoring you? I could copy and paste the content of our conversations and highlight the appropriate phrases, but it'd be unnecessary, much like this "rage" thread in general. I will be brief, but at least the truth will be known.
I won't get into another lengthy exposition concerning your CS and things again because, simply put, this is not my OOC thread and that entire discussion is irrelevant at this point. I will say this though. You cannot come into another's OOC thread, create your own rules, and expect people to just give the go ahead because you think its more efficient or what have you. You cannot come into another's OOC thread, gloss over the OP, and then get angry when the GM points out the many flaws with the character sheet as a direct result of you not fully understanding how the mechanics work. Not only did you break rules(that were clearly written out in the OP for all to see) when it came to your CS, you outright stated that you do not know proper grammar, you tried to dictate how high or low of a level my RP should be based on your own opinions, and you became upset when I reminded you that the Advanced RP section is not the same as the Mentoring forum which is somewhere in the member lounge, if I recall correctly.
It's great that you want help to learn and improve your writing, however, an Advanced level RP is not something you just jump into and expect everyone to come running and teach you things. You can say advanced level RPers sound like jerks all day, however, it is yourself who comes off as pushy and aggressive when you try and argue with the creator of the game over what you think should be right and correct. In fact, I had another member yesterday present an argument to me as to why he should have whatever ability, and he did so in a calm manner while still following the rules of the game and not dictating why it's correct no matter what I may think.
The point is, if you're going to make threads like this, don't give only one side of the story and make it seem as though you were wronged while lacking the details to give interested parties a clearer picture of what actually went down. That's my piece, and don't worry people, I'm not going to turn this into some drawn out argument. I just wanted to say this for proper clarity and I'm finished, regardless of what is said afterwards. If anybody would like details to the situation, I'll be more than happy to PM the private messages and direct you to my board where some of the open conversation is.
