Power Armor: A custom armor that came with a jump-booster and stealth unit that provides him additional protection, performance booster (strength, speed,etc.) and pretty much immunity to small weapons. The stealth can only be used for limited time before needed a battery change and he only used this armor for military work as it stands out when not in the dark.

Enhanced agility: As a result of training, Averin can go where most people are unable to without the use of tools or in other word, he's acrobatic free runner.

Personality: A laid-back and care-free person, even during the darkest time. Averin is known of throwing joking comments at times, which can be annoying to some people as he would also do it in mission. He has no guilt over doing dirty jobs but will try to keep no collateral damage.

The actual appearance of Phantom is not known. He never removes his suit of Prototype-Tactical-Ranger armor, though this is usually draped in his active camoflague cloak. (see Equipment for details)

He stands about 6" tall, wtih a fairly athletic and muscular build. Phantom has a deep British accent and confident gait.

Personality
A strange mix of a cold-hearted killer an a patriotic warrior. Phantom, when presented with enemies of Earth and those who would seek his undoing, or the further breaking down of his home planet are greeted with a man made of stone. He is not afraid to go to any lengths to punish and kill such beings with little remorse or mercy. However, in the presence of people he deems a freind or an ally, a much more 'human' side of him emerges. Determined, courageous, and yet still hopeful for the future of Earth are all qualities he is commonly said to have.
He is an incredibly proficient hand-to-hand fighter as well as being almost legendary in gunfights.

History
A member of a secretive special corps of Earth's standing military at the moment of it's invasion, he and his brothers failed to impede the invaders and had to disband and flee to escape capture. One requirement of indoctrination into his military corps was the complete removal of his childhood memories - all he worked with had to undergo the same process, their superiors fearing that the enemies may be able to manipulate them by utilising emotion and capturing families and relatives.
Patriotism is instilled in the Rangers, meaning that Phantom's personality may well be artificial, but as nobody knew him before he became a ranger, nobody will ever know. To this day, he seeks to reclaim Earth, as he failed in that task twenty-two years ago.

Personality: Austin is utterly stoic and disciplined. He is usually quite and calm with complete control of himself, and will only speak if he has something important to say or add.

History: Born in war torn Africa, He was a child soldier without a documented past, absent from the databases of the NSA, CIA and FBI. He proved to be a superior soldier, rising to become captain of the Small Boy Unit at ten.

Little else is known of his past before becoming refugee and coming to the U.S.A., But while at a rehab center, he was taken by the CIA and used as a test subject for the "Perfect Soldier Project" and Given intense Gene therapy. The project turned the boy into a more efficient killer, capable of killing his targets without remorse, earning him the nick name "Rock the Ripper" however, it was at a cost.

When he was not fighting, he was kept in a coffin-shaped sensory deprivation water tank which would reset his memories, and suppress his emotions. Also, this intense treatment seemed to enhance his reflexes allowing him to deflect bullets and become incredibly agile. Because Rock was one of the few surviving test subject of the project, He became the modal for the perfect solider program.

Military history: As a teenager, Austin became a member of the Ghost hunter battalion (a group created to hunt down soldier's who had gone AWOL, both of the Shifter kind and the Cyborg kind) when it was under the leadership of Casey Ryback during the ill fated San Hieronymo Takeover. He was the only active field agent of The ghost hunter battalion to achieve the codename "Ghost," The Ghost Hunter battalion's highest commemoration, and was decorated five times. Ghost was Casey Ryback's war buddy and best friend after Operation Intrude N313. Later In the military his admirable skills were at also recognized by the U.S. Army's Task Force XXI.

High Frequency Blade

Also called HF swords, a weapon that can use electric signals in the megahertz to gigahertz frequency range to create high frequencies. Channeling high frequency energy through a sword raises its temperature, thereby increasing its cutting ability.

Desert Eagle Model

The Desert Eagle is a powerful semi-automatic pistol, able to fire the .50 Action Express, nicknamed the Jackals. The Jackal's are two massive Desert Eagle style pistols made especially for Austin. With a length of 39cm (16 in), weight of 16kg (35lbs), and a black gunmetal construction, it is one of the most powerful hand weapons within the special forces. Their unique design makes it seem as if they don't have a pistol slide; however, the entire upper assembly is the slide, and moves only a minimal distance compared other guns', making it appear as if there is no pistol slide. The Jackals have a silver ejector port on the left side for the left hand and the right side for the right hand, implying that it is meant to be used in conjunction with it's twin. (sending the shells to either side prevents them from obscuring the wielder's view when used in the indicated hand).

The Jackal fires a huge thirteen-millimeter bullet, encased in depleted uranium coated into silver bullets and tipped with a mercury-ignition charge. The powder charge is a special formula known as "Marvell's Chemical Cartridge N.N.A.9." The rounds are also explosive hollow-tips, and it has 9 rounds per magazine.

DSR-1

The DSR-1 is a Bolt-Action, Bullpup-configurated sniper rifle designed, manufactured, and marketed by DSR-precision GmbH, available in a variety of calibers, including .338 Lapua Magnum, .308 Winchester (commercial version of the 7.62x51mm NATO and able to punch holes through light armor), and .300 Winchester Magnum rounds which us HE to melt through armor and cover.

The DSR-1 uses a bullpup configuration, allowing a long free-floated 26" barrel within an overall length of 39" (comparable to many modern assault rifles). There is an extra magwell in front of the trigger guard, allowing the sniper to carry an extra magazine in easy reach at all times. The metal frame includes a fully-railed top, for mounting optics and a specially designed rail. The bolt-action system, located behind the trigger and pistol grip, feeds from a 5-round box magazine fed from the bottom of the weapon. In the rear, both the stock and cheek piece are fully adjustable without tools, and a monopod can be extended from the stock.

There are several versions manufactured to suit different needs. The standard DSR-1 is usually equipped with a muzzle brake, although a quick-detachable suppressor can be attached (the supersonic crack of the bullet is not silenced). The DSR-1 Subsonic has an integral suppressor, and is designed to fire special subsonic .308 Win. rounds. There is also the much larger DSR-50, which fires the .50 BMG and differs internally in several ways from the smaller DSR's

Technology

The NR Version 10 is the first major upgrade of the system and introduced two revolutionary technologies for battlefield purposes: Improved energy shielding, providing the user added protection against even plasma weapons, and with kinetic shielding thus making it is very effective at absorbing damage from projectile weaponry. Among these upgrades came the ability to link a Solider and a AI together to provide the soldier instant Intel in the field, along with other functions. In addition to major changes from the Version 8 and 9, hundreds of other technical improvements are incorporated into the Mark V: for example, the fusion packs used to power the suits are half again the size of their predecessors. This battle suit is now Special Military wear for elite special units, created with electronic weaving technology using optical fibers. It clings tightly to the wearers body, providing protection and boosting strength. This model also has a variety of sensors, shielding the body from toxins, and interface with nanomachines, among many other features. Also has Electronic camouflage technology that uses optical refraction to make the wearer blend into the surrounding environment by bending away light. However this creates a "Ghost" effect creating an almost visible outline which can be seen from a distance of 20 feet, is still extremely effective at long range however cannot be sustained while firing a weapon.

Material

The outer shell of the Hellfire armor is comprised of a fairly thick titanium alloy. This plating covers the chest, arms, hip, legs, calves, feet and hands. This alloy is very resilient, can take significant punishment, and is nearly impervious to small arms fire. While enough shots from armor piercing rounds will breach the outer shell, the suit can take a few glancing blows from them without compromising the armor. The outer shell of the all Hellfire suits is covered with a refractive coating to help disperse the heat experienced from energy weapons. However one or two direct hits from any Plasma weapon at close range will compromise the armor plating.

The battlesuit is constructed in overlapping layers. It is a sealed system, capable of extravehicular activity or operations in toxic atmosphere. It is hardened against EMP and radiation, and has filters that are completely effective at removing toxins and bacteria from local atmosphere.

The armor's outer shell is composed of a multilayer alloy of remarkable strength and has been augmented with a refractive coating capable of dispersing a limited amount of energy weapon strikes. Each human being has a molecular fiber network called the nervous system within their brain. An upgrade to the standard Neural Interface is issued to all high ranking officers; another modified version of the neural lace is issued to all High ranked elite marines. This network translates electrochemical signals to digital code and routes them through an interface connection at the rear of the skull. Through this interface, the user's thoughts command the armor's movement and weapons; and input from the on board sensors comes directly to the user's mind. The synthesis of machine and mind is so fast that it is almost impossible to chart reaction time. Version ten was created and based of the strengths of Dreadnought armor combining it with the lightness and maneuverability of lighter versions.

Mechanical Augmentation

Mechanical augmentation (technically, biomechatronical augmentation) involves the use of cybernetics in order to improve or replace certain human body parts. It is the progression from basic limb prosthetics with the distinguishing feature being that the machinery and robotics interface directly with the central nervous system as opposed to the ends of peripheral nerves. It was the first method of augmentation which allowed people to assume superhuman abilities, albeit not without limitations, the most salient downsides being the individuals suffering from extreme physical and mental pain, and reliance on the anti-rejection drug Neuropozyne and painkillers all their life. With research beginning as early as the 2000s, mechanical augmentations became widespread during the 2020s. It was the predecessor to physiopharmaceutical augmentation and the much more advanced nanotechnological augmentation.

Augmentation

At one point in his long career, Austin sustained critical injuries, however only to his head, abdomen and left arm, but David Sarif took advantage of Austins genetic condition, and a clause in his employment contract, to augment Austin to an extent which would have been impossible for any other individual. Austin received every augmentation that Sarif Industries could produce. The result was, at that time, probably the single most extensive cybernetic modification that had ever been performed. However, the extent of Austins injuries meant that most of the augmentations had to be left initially inactive. Austin was sent home to recuperate, but subsequently struggled to come to terms with his body's fusion with machines - and ended up smashing his bathroom mirror the first time he saw himself in it.

Due to being subject to such augmentations, he has acquired what can only be described as super-human capabilities. All of Austin Rock's limbs have been completely replaced: his arms include a nanoceramic blade which can be released at either the wrist or elbow for close quarters combat, a function that enables him to punch through walls by opening a section of his forearm, and the ability to dislocate his fingers. Other augmentations include firing stability, lifting heavy weights, and accuracy while running.

Austin's legs are also mechanical from just above the knee down. His torso appears to be biological, but is often covered in his hellfire battle suit, along with bolt ports from the bar placed within his chest to support said augments. Underneath he has a variety of cardiovascular and muscular augmentations, such as an internal rebreather, a health system, and an internal battery.

Austin's head has a plethora of augmentations, most noticeably his variety of hacking tools and C.A.S.I.E. Module (allowing him to see personality information of those he converses with), which appears to be connected to a hexagonal shape on the left side of his forehead. He also has an infolink and cochlear implant within his ear cavity. Austin's eyes contain a retinal prothesis. displaying various information about the environment. Additionally, he has an implant which allows him to cover his eyes in sunglass lenses stored within the implant.
