Little posting annoyances.

I don't know if this is just me but with the update on RPG there are a few niggling problems when writing posts I've found.

Firstly when you want to copy/paste something into your post it's white with a grey background as it's copied directly from the site page, if you change it to white to see it properly it blends to the writing box and you can't see what you've written. I've had to do a couple of posts/CS where I have to highlight everything to see what I'm typing.

Secondly with Hiders, if you have two lines on different alignments for example the title in the center and the actual post on the left then the system magically creates a new hider solely for the title. Phantom hiders have come up a bit when I'm posting and it's getting a little annoying.

Anyone else notice these things?

Hmm what is more disturbing is the fact I've changed to a University computer and the problems persist. If it helps anyone this is the post I'm talking about -

Whenever I edit the post at the bottom that is the writing sample and I complete the edit when I save changes it automatically puts the title in a different hider to the paragraph. It works if it's all in one alignment but if I put the title centered and the writing on the left it creates two seperate hiders.

Originally a nuclear physicist before he was forced to resign, currently unemployed.

Strangely enough, Oleksandr's affinity is strongly linked to his past occupation. Being a nuclear physicist he knew the in's and outs of nuclear fusion, fission and the workings of the universe. This has manifested in part as his power, Oleksandr is able to force electrons to bond with or part from atoms. This means that he can forcibly charge an atom to be positive or negative. In Lehman's terms this gives Oleksandr the power to create ions. This can allow him to do a multitude of things however it's main focus it to create electrical charges.

Currently Oleksandr isn't very powerful and so his affinity is incredibly limited. He is only in the first stages of realizing it's true potential and so has only found one use for it. By touching another, Sandr is able to target the fluid encased in the inner ear that is used for balance. Charging this liquid either positively or negatively he can distort this liquid making it flow rapidly. In essence this causes a complete loss of balance to whomever he uses this power on. Other side effects include pain and nausea.

Hades stood from his chair, pushing it back into the wall. "Be careful brother. No matter how powerful you might see yourself, however strong your strategy and however sound your tactics...this is an enemy that." he stopped himself mid sentence realizing that he had allowed his emotions to get the better of him once more. Steadying himself he forced a tilt in his neck making it crack. "What do you suppose we do then brother? we must tell the others" Luke knew that some of the younger gods would possibly disregard the truth because they did not know of it's legend. Zeus knew of the terror that lay in Malakus because of his conversations with their father, Hades knew of it through Tartarus his own prison but it paled in comparison.

Luke watched Poseidon, stood at the doorway and covered with rage. But there he stood, under the command of his brother he was denied the location of Atlantis. All three of them knew what would happen if Poseidon was to unleash his fury, they had seen it before during the war and in a world so naive it would only serve to cause destruction and death.
"We should head back to the hall brothers. The others will be arriving soon and...we will need to talk." He stared at Zeus from above, standing over him as he stayed sat in his chair. The Olympians were about to embark on a war that would dwarf the Titanomachy, the gods that preceded the Titans were ancient and vast in power and having learnt of their legend, their myth and their lore Hades was one of the more knowledgeable about what they were capable of.

Oh! That's a problem with the WYSIWYG editor, go into your options and turn it off, you can still use the buttons but it shows your work in BB Code, allowing you to modify it at will. Your posts will come out nicer once you learn these things, though working with BBCode can be a little confusing/disorienting at first, it's still better because it's a skill you can use on any forum.

Yeah thanks for the suggestion. I've changed it now and it works! woot. The only problem now is I don't seem to get the restore quot-saved content option anymore which was a life-saver just earlier today!! I'll have to keep on my toes!
