Name:
Sherlock, the name people in the Guild know him by, and the name people in town no him by. No one knows, nor does he talk about his actual name.

Age:
Unknown, presumed 17-21. At times he is noted with joking to people that are new in the Guild and don't know much about him with saying he is 1000 years old.

Appearance:
5'11"; Dark Brown, Short Hair; Crystal Blue Eyes



Background:
Being very mysterious, he rarely ever talks of his past. There are innumerable rumours about him, including his origins, real name, and such. He joined the Thieves Guild two years ago, quickly rising to a prominent position within the Guild. He is very respected in the Guild, and very wanted by the Protectors, not for being in the Guild, they don't know if he is or not, but just because of his mysteriousness.

The Protectors have heard of his great talent and skill, and some wish to hire him and give him some of their magical powers so he can protect the Kingdom instead of them, however this has always been frowned on by most of the Protectors. However, even if this were the case, most people in the Guild would agree that he wouldn't do that because he would end up killing the Protector before he was gifted the power, sighting that he is very outspoken against the Protectors. This rage he has for them, people say, is only rivaled by his hatred of the demons.

People in the Guild also note that he from time to time will completely dissappear without a word to anyone. When confronted with this he generally says that he was meditating (backed up by the fact that he is seen meditating relatively often) or that they just must not have seen him and that it was indeed a large kingdom. However, when these people insist on getting a real answer, Sherlock will tell them a thinly concealed lie, insist that he has to be somewhere, and be off before the person can say, "Wait." While this gets on the nerves of some people, with the people who know him better (relatively speaking), they understand that it is his way and they won't get anything out of him by pushing.

For the people in the town, Sherlock is someone who is rather friendly and always willing to help his fellow human. He is known to gamble every now and then, but almost always with success. When he drinks, he never gets drunk, or when he does, he is still able to come off as extremly intelligible, some in the city even joke more so than when sober. However, even the people around town notice that whenever a Protector comes around, he suddenly vanishes.

Overall, a very shadowy and mysterious person, he is still respected, liked, and friendly to his fellow humans.
