Bio Ex Soldier that is hired for his skills in various sports. Through the wars he became crazy and loved killing. Because of his actions he was out of the military. Going back to his normal life he sees one of the crime sprees of the Joker. Inspired he decided to make a smile on his face just for the heck of it. With the new inspiration he decides to kill some people. Now he is in Arkham planning on his next kill.

Ostracized by his fellow professors for his appearance and reclusiveness, he turned to crime to make himself part of the social elite. His modus operandi is to use his Scarecrow persona and threaten his victims into doing whatever he wants.
