Insane Black Rock Shooter only created a barrage of chains in the way as she backed up and took out her Insane Black Claw, which was an enhanced version of the Black Blade.

Sonic decided it wouldn't hurt him to accept the small shadow's help, holding it's hand as he slowly stands up.

"...He could and probably would. We have to stop that asshole and get those gems back." Mello said, trying to figure out how exactly they could do that.

"Oh sorry.." M said, finishing tying the tie and making it fit comfortably. She had a small blush and moved to the side. "What would you like to do?" She asked, since she didn't know much else of what to do in that town.

The Heartless let out a roar and twisted upwards, shooting its torso down at Insane Black Rock Shooter.

The small shadow had a yellow glow of a smile on its face, and gave Sonic a small needlelike stab, which felt like a pinch. A small amount of darkness and strength was put into him to help him with the battle as the shadow went away.

"So that's all?" Joshua decided to reveal his presence, appearing visible to the group.

"Alright, how long were you here?" Kaika turned around and quickly got herself ready just in case they had to go against him.

"Just about the entire time," Joshua shrugged.

"Well..." Light was going to say, until there was another person joining in.

"Light-kun! I finally found you!" Misa squealed as she came out of nowhere and getting close to him.

Ugh...what was that for?...Whatever it was...it feels like the energy of the Dark Gaia inside me almost... Sonic felt different for a bit, but then shook his uncomfortableness for now. He dashed towards Insane Black Rock Shooter for an attack.

Insane Black Rock Shooter was about to defend herself with only her Cannon Lance, and keeping the Blade Claw with her, until Sonic had boosted up towards her and knocked her over with a powerful and dark-influenced homing attack.
(MISA'S HERE!!! *cue the madness*)

"We need the gems." Mello said, a serious look about him as he said that to Joshua.

M was listening until a high pitched voice hit her ears and she mentally sighed, moving away from Light as Miss tried getting close to him. She decided to keep quiet and let the girl talk.

"Oh, that. When exactly do you want them back? I have already given those gems away to another person," Joshua said ever so tauntingly. It was like Joshua loved to fuck around with them.

"What!?!! Just who the hell did you give it to?" Kaika nearly shouted in rage, at the peak of shifting into partial mode.

"Hey, what's up Misa?" Light said to her with a greeting. He didn't expect the blonde brunette to arrive so soon.

"What are you looking at me like that? Did you forget our date already?" Misa asked curiously and made a pouting face.

Sonic managed to get Insane Black Rock Shooter off balanced, and destroying the Cannon Lance in that same strike. Getting up for a last resort, Insane Black Rock Shooter swung the Blade Claw at him, but his speed was enough o deliver the final blow, sending her off her feet and collapsing to the ground. It seemed like she was unconscious, but began to glow in a bright blue light, like she had already snapped out of insanity.

Glad that's over...she should be normal by now... he thought as he sighed in relief.

Mello put a gentle hand on Kaika's shoulder to try and calm her down. "Who the fuck did you give them to?" He said, trying his best not to get pissed off so easily or just yet. He really wasn't in the mood for bullshit.

"Oh.." M mumbled, looking a bit confused and awkward as she heard that Light and this girl were supposed to go on a date. She rubbed her head sheepishly, trying to mind her own business.

The shadows looked at Sonic for a few moments before they disappeared.

Kaika only sighed and took a deep breath to calm herself.

"I would tell you, but I'm sure enough that you can guess this out," Joshua didn't really want to tell them just yet, and wanted to see their idea of the situation.

"Sorry about that Misa, but I'm sure enough we can have it tomorrow, if that's fine with you," Light sighed, knowing how she gets at times like these.

"Alright, but remember and you promise," Misa pouted, crossing her arms.

"I promise," Light smiled.

"Well...I should look for where M and that other guy went," Sonic said to himself after thinking to himself about the shadows, running off in the direction that Light and M left off to.

Mello did already havr a guess, but he refused to even say it or think about it anymore. It was hard enough with Joshua knowing their names. "He gave them to Kira.." L mumbled. Either that or he conveniently placed them for Kira to find.

M continued to stay silent, but she wondered if they really were going out or Light was being nice.

"Ah, somewhat correct. Whatever the case, the gems are now in Kira's possession. Don't conclude just yet, even if the gems are now in Kira's possession, I haven't really talked to Kira at all...but soon, I will," Joshua began to act like a smartass, his amused expression of all of this seemed to get even more noticeable.

"....okay! Remember that it's tomorrow at 5 pm," Misa smiled and went off. Light didn't say anything as Misa went off, but looked like he enjoyed her company. "Well, I have to go. I'm going to need some time to get some things done at my household," Light said to M,"It's great meeting you Yuki."

In the city, there was a large blue glow coming from the shopping district, and that source of the blue glow was Insane Black Rock Shooter, who seemed to be morphing back to normal, or at least somewhat normal.

Mello looked really pissed or really..depressed as he heard Joshua. "Why the hell would he need them? And there's no reason to do any of that, you really have some issues." He said, sighing.

M blinked and nodded at Light, bowing slightly. "I'll see you in class, it was really nice meeting you too Light.~" She said in a polite tone and gave him a small smile.
