That would greatly depend on the story we will follow, but I am not allowing anyone to start with a Geass. You must somehow convince the immortal in question to grant it to you.
In regards to Geass how will that work? You can only gain Geass via a giver like V.V or C.C.

Alright glad to hear it. I think Geass is an over-powered crutch for roleplay characters. I've only used it to help people get into the story nearly all my characters have been pure skill pilots.

Okay my second Code Geass idea will be taking place Ten years after the series. The UFN has successfully talked the world to putting down all military armaments except for the Black Knights. The Black Knights led by Suzaku reign as the only power of military force the Britannian city of Pendragon II was bombed killing the Britannian Empress Nunually. This action caused a great uproar within Britannia and they soon began to build up their military forces suspecting that only the black knights could have pulled off something like this. Because of the drop in military power the creation of new military technology was place at a standstill so there are no Knightmares beyond Ninth Generation yet.
Interested!

Alright I got a possible black knight or a knight of the rounds for both situations. One of which has a custom suit.

Is it okay if my character is a black knight who was mortally wounded during the first black rebellion?

A mortally wounded soldier is not especially good at ....well living.
Well... Not mortally wounded.
If this all comes to fruition you'll see what I mean in my first post.

You mean crippled...you know how hard that is going to make it to pilot a knightmare of all things right? If your missing a leg it will take longer to get into a knightmare and if your missing an arm....your pretty much at half if not less strength at all times.
