Athanasia looked askance at Yune, as if perhaps she had gone crazy. "I'm just here for the scroll, not to make friends. If this mission is even half as dangerous as I have a feeling it will be, we will be thankful for not knowing each other too well." Even as she spoke, she continued her focus on her surroundings, trying to detect any magical auras in the area. Behind her, the skeleton made it's way slowly, completely oblivious to what was happening or being said.

The path was not too long and it was lined with giant sculptures of snakes. There was an eerie sounds in the air that were coming from somewhere down the path. He moved silently down the path and saw a stone on the ground. It looked like an opal that was half buried in the dirt a long with all the animal tracks.

He bent down to pick it up and looked it over making sure that there was nothing wrong with it. A precious stone just laying on the ground seemed to good. After examining it he moved down to the end of the path and found a cave. This is where the weird sound was coming from. He moved up to the entrance and look about and then in. He would then take what he learned to the group.

Athanasia seemed to study the dial for a moment and then nodded though kept any thoughts she might have to herself as her attention is drawn to a small bone dagger. Picking it up, she turned it this way and that while studying it closely. She looked to see if perhaps she could decipher what it might say or at least tell what language it was in. She also took a look at the bone itself to see if she could place what it was or what it belonged to at one point, as well as the quality of the workmanship to determine it's worth or purpose if any.

Athanasia couldn't quite make out what the dagger said, and figured she would have to spend some time seriously studying the script to try and translate it. It could be a bit of a challenge and just the sort of thing she would think was fun, but she didn't have the time now so instead she took a last look at it before stuffing the stone dagger into her leather strapped dress to use for later if need be. It wasn't magical, but perhaps it had another quality that she would find useful. Looking around, she noted that their scout was gone, probably down that path he found. "Well I hope he can find us an entrance soon."
Behind her, the skeleton just stood there with a blank expression.

Ingado looked into the cave and saw that it looked clear and safe. There was a crater blasted into the floor in the north-east entrance of the room. There was a spiral pattern on the floor made with gray stones. There was a toad on the floor but other then that nothing else seemed to be about. Judging from how dark it got it must go back pretty far. This might end up being another entrance to the temple. With that he turned around and made his way back to the path. He crept up as quietly as he could and hopped out behind everyone.

"That path leads down to a cave that goes pretty deep. It might be another way to get in. Unless you figured out how to open the main door."
