As Yaya spoke to the Lila and Dyre arrived Loki shook his head whilst looking slightly entertained. “Hey Dyre” he said before introducing the kitten “This is Lila and despite what Yaya says, I think she belongs with us more than she belongs elsewhere. Another orphan thanks to the council – I’d say this little kitten embodies exactly what we are fighting for. If we turned her away to fend for herself would we be any better than the council?” and without waiting for an answer he said “No – we’d be just as bad.”

He then started to groom himself slightly licking his paw and running it across his face and ears as he sat triumphantly sure that what he had said would be accepted by both other cats.

Lila smiled, walking over to Loki purring, rubbing her head against his leg.

Yaya rolled her eyes and stalked off lashing her tail.

“Or not” Loki said watching as Yaya stalked away before shaking his head “she’ll come around” he said to Dyre before turning to Lila.

“Well what are we going to do with you I wonder” he said aloud before standing and moving back slightly and with a more serious tone he said “Look, don’t get me wrong but you might want to think about staying here. We will do everything we can but we can’t be parents to you. You’re going to need to grow up fast if you want to be with us and help avenge your mother. That was what Yaya… was trying to say” ‘maybe’ he thought to himself.

Yaya hissed. The kit had no right to be here! She was young and could still make a great life for herself! But no she just had to come and ruin her life. That kit was a complete idiot! She let out a hiss her fur puffing out a little. She headed out and decided to stay away for a little. She headed toward a small shack so small it would only fit one person if they tried to get in. But no one side so it was her place. She let out a hiss and climbed onto the loft.

Dax had just woken up. And it wasn't pleasant. Some one had just thrown a bucket of water on him. He hissed and headed toward the rebellions center. He snuck in and then saw Loki and a new kit. He raised his eye brow and shrugged. It was probably a new recruit.

Dyre nodded. "Hopefully it will be soon." Dyre looked at Lila. "I'm Dyre. Yaya gets angry like that sometimes. But, kid, you sersouisly don't have to join us. We all don't have much life to live but you do. Are you really sure you want to join us Lila?" Dyre's tail flicked when he said the last part.

With eyes as old as the Earth, Deuce kept looking at the surroundings as he guarded the entrance. Even through all the seemingly nice day, he could notice the general hatred on the streets. He saw cats stealing from each other, from the humans, even from dogs. Even so accustomed with the ways of the Council, his heart couldn't be oblivious to what was happening. Still - he had a task to perform. He stood still as a rock, his eyes darting occasionally toward random events on the street. With sadness in his eyes, he only kept telling himself that the Council was going to solve it all one day, if only the rebels stopped hampering their efforts.. but he didn't know exactly, whether he believed that himself. If he did, why did he have to repeat the sentence over and over to make it get through?
No, this was not the time to go soft. This was one of the more important meetings, and he wasn't going to abandon his post, no matter what.

Mr Biddle

Once the details were settled and Mr Biddle had been officially sworn in as the new leader of the council he gave another speech to the cats present about cracking down on the rebel forces in any-way that they could, before he also declared that anyone who brought him a high ranking rebel would be rewarded lavishly.

With that he left the council meeting pausing outside to sum up the meeting for Deuce and informing him of his new position and plans. As he was about to leave Mr Biddle said “Also Deuce I would like to offer you the new position of Chief of Feline Security – which will involve you leading a small group of our best fighters to combat the rebels wherever and however possible. You will report directly and exclusively to myself. Obviously the rewards for the position will be high indeed.” And with that he sat waiting for his response.

"I humbly accept the offer, and will do my best, as always, to fulfill the task at hand.", Deuce replies, as he takes a short bow. "I assume I will be assigned a command center as well, to act as both a place for planning and a safehouse. So then, when shall I begin my new assignment?"

Yaya sat up in the lofts of the old building looking at the few rebellion cats. In the past few weeks she had spent with cats she had realized most of them were worse off than her. She leapt down and headed for the Capitol building where she knew the council would be ending soon. Her fur was bristled and looked like she would kill some one. She watched Asa few cats came and went from the building. She let out a low hiss.
