Final Fantasy RP?

So I've been thinking about a Final Fantasy RP for a with with my friend. I was thinking i would be about two military forces colliding. One of the two forces would be religious type group and the other would have a different type of government than the religious group, perhaps ran by a dictator. They'd have tensions mainly on the border and have a lot of attempts trying to make it to the interior of each of their colonies, where the leaders of each force reside. On a small part on the border, a safe haven resides, where people who are neutral come to hang. Recently, it's been people on either side trying to get the people whoi are neutral to sway to their own side.

I was thinking a more old style of Final Fantasy, whereas instead of having Synergist, Medic, we have Warrior and White Mage. I think this could be fun, plus I'm a lot more familiar to this system and I won't feel left in the dark, and there's MUCH more variety.
Hell, if anyone can prove me wrong and convince me to use the new classes, be my guest and go ahead and try.
The religious group would be called Ko'tarr.
The neutral group will be called Adiaphoros.
The dictator's group will be called Dioecesis

Ugh, I just had to retype all of that, and I went in a frenzy nad did it all in like, five minutes. I hate ads.

Alright, so like,old style Final Fantasy in a government process. You could either play on the Ko'tarr side, fighting some Adiaphoros people who are belligerent along with some Dioecesis troops, trying to mainly take down their leader, you could be on Dioecesis, where you want to beat Ko'tarr, and you can be on Adiaphoros, where you can either take out one or the other, or try and make peace between them.

I was tihnking some kind of character sheet like this.
