I noticed when I want to do a roleplay with someone and they would like me to do the first post, unless it is something that I am very very interested in, I have trouble making a good length for a starter post. That also goes with sometimes with replying to some posts. What I did notice though is if someone gives me post with one paragraph I have trouble doing more than one. However, if someone gives me a three paragraph post I can pretty easily match or even if someone gives me five I can usually match it. I am a copycat. Does this apply to anyone else?

So basically, it's easier for you to react than to introduce a new element? That's pretty common :P If you want to write more; try to add something new, like an NPC entering the scene or sounds outside, etc. Maybe someone even lobbed a gas-grenade into the room. This will give you more material to write about in the following sequences.
