Camp Half-Blood - The Golden Fleece

I love the Percy Jackson series and have seen some other RP's about this, but none that I really like. (well, there are, but they are too far off, so I can't join:/)

It has been many years since Percy Jackson defeated the Titan Lord Kronos. All has been well for the twenty years since Percy left Camp Half-Blood and forged out his own path in the world. The camp has continued to train demigods and nothing has gone wrong, save for the occasional camp fights of course. Campers have been sent to the infirmary for injuries, but no one has turned traitor against the Gods of Olympus because some old Titan got into their mind. Olympus has been unnaturally silent as well. The gods have not been fighting amongst each other as they usually do. A few spats have errupted here and there, but nothing major like the time when Zeus's master bolt was stolen. The pact between the Big Three is still technically in place, but none of the brothers have adhered to it. No one seems to care, though. All is at peace.

Well, that is until the Golden Fleece begins to fail. No one knows why, or how, but the thing that once saved the camp is beginning to let it down. All sorts of monsters have been getting past the weakend boundaries and wreaking havoc on the camp. There were not fatalities (unless you count the monsters) for the first few months and the camp was resting easy, thinking that they could hold their own.

I will make a quest afterwards, after I get all the CS's and stuff.

    Welcome to Camp Half-Blood!

    Camp Half-Blood
    Half-Blood Hill, Farm Road 3.141
    Long Island, New York 11954

    The Campgrounds

    Half-Blood Hill
    The entrance to Camp Half-Blood.

    Thalia's Pine
This large pine tree marks the official border of Camp Half-Blood.

    The Big House
A large, sky blue house which serves at the main administrative building at Camp Half-Blood. The staff members and cabin leaders have their meeting here. Rooms in the Big House include the infirmary (where wounded demigods go for treatment or healing, staffed by the Apollo cabin), the attic (home to many trophies, spoils of war, and the body of the Oracle), the activities director's office (which also serves as the activities director's sleeping quarters), the camp director's office (which also serves as the camp director's sleeping quarter), the rec room (containing a ping pong table on which camp meetings are held), and the basement (a storage space for stockpiled ambrosia and strawberry preserves).
    Volleyball Courts
A sand pit equipped with a net for friendly camper and satyr volleyball matches.

    The Arts & Crafts Center
The arts and crafts shack. Campers are encouraged to make their own projects. Go home at the end of the summer with a marble statue of your immortal parent, a handmade lyre to serenade your friends, or a macaroni necklace with your name printed on it in Greek.

    The Lake
A great place to go for a swim, to paddle a boat, to flirt with naiads, or to have a battle between Greek war triremes. Canoe races are held here.

    The Amphitheater
Nightly sing-a longs are held here. Other gatherings, such as the end-of-camp ceremony and shroud burnings (when demigods do not come back from a quest alive) are held here as well. The campfire is enchanted to reflect the mood of the crowd through color.

    The Climbing Wall
A wall for climbing. It's simple, just avoid the lava flowing down the sides, endure the rumbling of the rock walls, and make it to the top before the walls smash together. No sweat.

    Fireworks Beach
Another great place for a swim, and a popular after-curfew hang out. The Fourth of July fireworks display is a tradition at Camp Half-Blood and is one of the high points of the summer.

    Mess Hall
Meals are held here: in a beautiful pavilion framed in Greek columns; an outside courtyard on a hill overlooking the sea. Torches blaze from the columns and a central fire burning inside a bronze brazier the size of a bathtub. Each table has a white cloth with purple trim. The pavilion's goblets are enchanted: on voice command they will be filled with whatever drink you desire, and they never empty. The food includes grapes, apples, strawberries, cheese, fresh bread, and barbeque, which the wood nymphs serve. he tables in the Pavilion are arranged so that there is a table for each god, similar to the Cabins. It is expressly forbidden to sit at another god's table, though satyrs and nymphs can sit at any table they please. Every night the half-bloods tribute a portion of their food to the gods by burning it the pavilion fire. Important announcements are often made after meals.

    The Cabins
Originally having only twelve, many were added after a hero made all gods swear on the River Styx to claim their children at the age of thirteen. When a camper is claimed by a new god, they begin construction of a new cabin and have full control of the design. East of the Cabins is a cinder-block building containing showers and toilets.

    The Arena
Sword fighting classes are held here, along with challenges. Duels are not usually to the death - at least, not on purpose. Archery, javelin throwing, wrestling, and track are also taught/done here.

    The Armory
Each cabin has its own stack of weapons, but the camp armory has by far the biggest collection of magic armor, swords and other implements of warfare. One-stop-shopping for all your camping needs, you should definitely get fitted with some gear before your first day of activities.

    The Forge
Any camper is welcome to use this place to make their own weapons. You can even commission a weapon from a child of Hephaestus for a few buck, or a few gold drachmas.

    The Strawberry Fields
These fields produces fresh strawberries year round, which the camp sells to restaurants in the New York Area. These finances keep the camp running.

    The Stables
They hold both pegasi and normal horses, though they are in different sections. There is a horse path that winds through the forest, ending in a clearing (a convenient takeoff place for pegasi.) Riding lessons range from beginner to advanced. There are even some organized races.

    The Woods
This is the site of the weekly capture the flag events. The forest is divided into North and South Woods by the Zephyros Creek, which acts as the boundary line for capture the flag. Many creatures live in this forest including wood nymphs, tree nymphs, monsters, satyrs, and much more. Do not enter the woods without armor and a partner.

    The Cabins

    Cabin 1: Zeus
A marble white building, with white heavy columns in the front. This cabin is the biggest and bulkiest of all the cabins. It has polished bronze doors that shimmer like a hologram and appear to have lightning bolts streaking down them. The dome-shaped ceiling is decorated with moving mosaics of a cloudy sky and thunder bolts which thunders all the time. The cabin has alcoves with golden eagle statues, with one intimidating statue of Zeus in the middle.

    Open

    Cabin 2: Hera
A marble, formal-looking building. It is more graceful than Zeus' cabin, having slimmer white columns, garlanded with pomegranates and flowers. The walls are carved with the images of peacocks. It is freezing cold inside with a huge statue of Hera in the center. The cabin is filled with the grandest of furniture, all in the colors of nature. Greens, browns, and blues, fill the cold, formal building. Since Hera is the goddess of marriage and one of the three virgin goddesses, no Demi-God is allowed inside.

    Cabin 3: Poseidon
This cabin is low, long and solid, with all the windows facing the sea. The outer walls are rough gray stone with pieces of seashell and coral, resembling the ocean floor. On the inside, it has six empty bunk beds and the walls glow like abalone. There is also a fountain-a gift from Poseidon-made out of gray sea rock with coral decorations; the bottom is filled with gold drachmas. Some underwater plants and corals decorate the windowsills.

    Taken

    Cabin 4: Demeter
The cabin resembles a small cottage with a roof that is made of real grass and tomato vines growing on the walls. There are wild flowers and roses decorating the front porch. Inside, the floor is lined with grass, though the blades are short and it resembles a green carpet in both appearance and feel. The inhabitants sleep on quilted, white hammock beds, each surround with white mesh curtains and decorated with a variety of earth tone throw pillows. Behind the cabin is a lavish garden gated by relatively short hedges.

    Open

    Cabin 5: Ares
    Spoiler

This cabin is sloppily painted a bright red with barbed wire on the roof and a stuffed boar's head above the doorway. The eyes of the boar seem to stare at whoever is walking by. There are landmines surrounding the cabin, and during most hours of the day, it has rock music blaring from it.

    Taken

    Cabin 6: Athena
    Spoiler

A gray building with an owl carved over the doorway and plain white curtains in the windows. The inside has a workshop and library, while the bunk beds are pushed up against the wall. The library is filled with bookshelves and thousands of books, old scrolls, and has tables and chairs for them to study and read. The workshop is also filled with tables and work benches and has cupboards filled with building materials. There were also some 3-D models of buildings, and blueprints, old war maps, and armor are displayed on the walls. On the side of the Athena cabin is their Armory, which appears to be a big metal gardening shed.

    Taken

    Cabin 7: Apollo
    Spoiler

[/B][/U]At first glance, the place looks like an ordinary cabin, but when hit by sunlight it appears to be made of solid gold. It gleams so brightly that it is difficult to look at, and it is hard to tell if the gold is reflecting light or generating it. In terms of occupants, it is the second largest cabin in Camp Half-Blood.

    Taken

    Cabin 8: Artemis
    Spoiler

A silver building that glows at night, as if reflecting the moon's rays. During the day, it looks like a regular cabin. It is decorated with the paintings and carvings of wild animals, mostly the stag (Artemis' symbolic animal). Though the cabin is honorary, it contains bunk beds because when her Hunters are in the area, they stay in the cabin. As well as Hera, Artemis has no mortal children, she only has her huntresses. And no, it doesn't include guys.

    Open

    Cabin 9: Hephaestus
    Spoiler

This cabin is made of brick and has a smokestack sticking out of it, like a tiny factory. The entrance is like a vault door, circular, and of thick metal. It opens with a lot of gears turning and smoke hissing. It has shiny metal walls and metal slated doors. It is noted for being unclean and messy, filled with junk most of the time. The interior of cabin consists of steel bunks folded against the walls with a digital control panel. It has a basement, with power-tools, an assortment of weapons, a workbench and a lot of scrap metal.

    Taken

    Cabin 10: Aphrodite
    Spoiler

The cabin has a painted blue roof, checkerboard floors, and smells of heavy designer perfume. The lace curtains are pastel blue and green which match the sheets and feather comforters on all the beds. The guys have one row of bunks separated by a curtain, but their section of the cabin is just as neat and orderly as the girls'. The cabin is always clean except for under the beds, which have chocolate wrappers, love notes, and such. Every camper has a wooden chest at the foot of their bunk with their name painted on it to store their belongings.

    Taken

    Cabin 11: Hermes
    Spoiler

It is the most old and worn looking of the cabins; its dull brown paint is chipping off and there is a caduceus overhanging the door. Hermes' cabin has an acceptance policy stating that any undetermined camper can stay inside. Minor gods are now required to claim their children by age thirteen.

    Open

    Cabin 12: Dionysus
    Spoiler

The cabin resembles an Italian villa growing grapes for wine in the countryside. The roof and outer walls are lined with grape vines. The inside is set in four quadrants, one section is a living quarters with a few beds, the second section is a small lounge area, the third contains several old arcade games, the fourth resembles a bar though it does not (or is not supposed to at least) contain alcoholic beverages. Behind the cabin is a small vineyard with an archway covered in vines at the entrance. Dionysus despises heroes which many explain why he does not have many demigod children of his own.

    Open

    Cabin 13: Hades
    Spoiler

The cabin is windowless and made of solid obsidian. There is a skull hanging over the door, there are heavy columns in front, and there are torches that burn green Greek fire at all times. Inside there are black walls, and dark bunks with dark sheets. It has a compact, dirt floor and the air is musty. This in combination with dark cavern-like walls, void of windows, gives the cabin an underground feel.

    Taken

    Cabin 14: Iris
Iris' cabin is a stone building with arches on either side. The stone is enchanted to constantly shift in color. The interior of the cabin is very lavish, with cloud shaped beds and pillows and rainbow colored carpeting.

    Open

    Cabin 15: Hypnos
It is made of mud walls and a rush roof. A wreath of red poppies hangs above the door. Inside, there's a fireplace with a crackling fire. Above the mantel hangs Hypnos' symbol: a poplar tree branch dripping water from the river Lethe, with the water dripping into a collection of tin bowls. Soft violin music is always playing, and the air always smells like fresh laundry. The smell of Clovis's breath indicates there's warm milk in the cabin. There are always plenty of empty beds, all with feather pillows, fresh sheets and fluffy quilts. The Hypnos cabin makes everyone feel like sleeping, with its cozy and sleepy feel.

    Taken

    Cabin 16: Nemesis
Nemesis’ cabin looks like a normal cabin, except the left half is painted black, while the right is painted white. The interior of the cabin has those colors reversed. In the center of the room is a large set of scales that can determine the sins of anyone who touches them. If the side on the black half of the room is lowered, the soul is leaning towards the Fields of Punishment, while if the side on the white half is lowered, the soul is leaning towards Elysium.

    Open

Cabin 17: Nike, Goddess of Victory
    Spoiler

Nike's Cabin looks like a large brick building that looks like a school gymnasium. Inside, right above the entrance is a basketball hoop. The floors are polished hardwood. Numerous large windows surround the room. A treadmill sits in the corner of the room. On the second floor is a number of small bedrooms. There is also a line of cushions for both demigods and pets to rest on.

    Taken

    [/U]Cabin 18: Hebe, Goddess of Youth.[/U]
Hebe's Cabin looks like a stone building surrounded by numerous statues of Hebe. The interior has numerous beds and couches along the border of the room. Inside are several mirrors for the children of Hebe to admire themselves. In the center of the room is a giant bean bag chair that the demigods rest in.

    Open

Cabin 19: Tyche, Goddess of Luck and Chance.
Tyche's Cabin looks a small stone building. Two stone columns sit on either side of the entrance supporting a flashing neon sign that says "TYCHE". This has been known to irritate other campers at night. Inside the cabin is a carpeted floor and several games reside in the room. The cabin was gifted with a slot machine and a card table so the children of Tyche could practice their luck. The beds are in the lofts above the slot machines, with green canopies. Next to the cabin is a slowly growing patch of four leaf clovers, charmed for good luck.

    Taken

    Cabin 20: Hecate
Hecate's Cabin is made of stacked stones with glowing magical writing and runes on them. If one of the stones falls from the cabin it causes everyone within a half-mile to turn into a tree or it will explode killing everybody. The inside is lit by glowing crystals that float around the cabin.

It's okay You only need to know about the greek mythology, I'm not really using anything of the series except the camp, gods and a few other things. The basic things are up there and if you need to know about anything else you can use this website:

I don't think vampires really exist in Greek mythology. But there are satyrs, nymphs and centaurs. You can be any creature of the greek mythology basically.
