I get it from some music and profoundly awesome moments in shows and movies. It's pretty neat.
Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response, or as some people like to call it "head orgasms".
It's a tingling sensation in the head and scalp, which can be triggered by sounds like whispering or brushing, and visual stimulus like painting or drawing. For me, it's usually music or very soft touches. It only happens in a profound moment (with the exception of soft touches), and it's like... tingles that bounce form my head to my feet and back up. It just feels like bliss really...
It's COMPLETELY non-sexual.
It's really cool, and if you have certain triggers like crinkling bags or whispers, there are tons of videos out there with just people whispering and stuff that can help with sleep and relax you in general.
I was curious if anyone around here had ASMR, but didn't know that it had a name. Also, I mention it a lot, so I thought I should say what it is exactly so that you all know what I'm talking about.

I get that by eating spicy food.
...I thought I hated spicy food, but I suppose that meant I love them so much I was having orgasms off of them.
EDIT: Now that I think about it, I get that by hearing people argue, watching people try to beat the shit out of each other, or when they're outright trying to kill each other. This is brilliant.

A guy I follow on Youtube liked a video of it and that's how I found it. I thought it was a unique thing to me till I found the weird ass ASMR videos. But they feel so.... good?
When someone (usually one of several girls) runs their hands through my hair it's sighdsghdsahgdsa;ljkghdsa;lkghdlk.
Better than sex.
I get it from the sound of crackling flames and sometimes with running water or music. On the physical side, having my hair played with will occasionally trigger it. It's an especially great feeling when it happens with a combo of flames and music (normally in winter or whatever).
I get it by clubbing a first world politician in the head with a brick.
