I agree, they should. It would be so much easier to reply to things, and not forget.
I am sure someone has said this but, I think it would be awesome if we didn't have to go to subscribed threads to see if we get a reply. On another website I use they have a notification bar that tells you when you have a pm or reply to a thread. I think it'd be awesome if this site had a notification thing for replays to threads as well as Pm's and friend requests.
Thanks for reading!

I don't know if it's possible on the type of website they have though.
I'd love it! It would be so much easier to keep track of threads.
I'm always up for role playing. I only role play female characters. The link to my role play site is listed below. We could use new members!

While I'm not sure how possible it is to do with the forum software, there are a couple options to emulate the effect;
1) Set all your thread subscriptions to email notification, and keep your email up in another tab. As threads are replied to, you will be sent emails, so instead of having to refresh, you just have to keep an eye out for your inbox having unread messages in the other tab- which is visible from the tab title on most email providers, I believe.
Or, if you don't want to use your email;
2) Go to your profile, and under "My Activity" switch from the "All" tab to the "Subscriptions" tab. This way, instead of a live feed of what everyone you've ever friended is doing, you have a live feed of subscription activity! A far more practical use for the feature.Enjoy!
So yeah, not sure if it's possible, or when/if the admins will get around to it if it is, but I think either of these options should work just fine to avoid the hassle of spam-refreshing your subscriptions list.
