They genetically enhance humans so they can be on par with the creatures. Giving them abilities and skills equal to a vampire but with no weaknesses. They are now superhumans. The superhumans are sent to hunt down the creatures and end them.

So it's basicly improved and better supernaturals(their powers aren't natural but ok) VS supernaturals.
