Alright so first off, go ahead and re post your profiles here. Makes it easier to keep track of them without having to like... do stuff... yeah.

Alright so the big thing, the plot I hinted towards for the first story. Basically the team gets assigned to play bodyguard for some delegates that are on a starship cruise liner. However a group of terrorists posing as additional bodyguards take the ship hostage leaving our young squad the only ones who can stop them and save the hostages. A play on both Die Hard and The Fifth Element.

Home planet: Earth
Age: 26
Ability: Superhuman strength, at a base level Kyle can lift 25 tons, however he can also expand parts of his body to make them even stronger.
Skills: Skilled with computers as an IT, quick learner of tech, knows all the words to ‘She Blinded Me With Science’
Appearance: Originally 5’8, chin length dark brown hair, with a very skinny frame. However two major changes happened after the operation for his powers. Most notably his body has taken on an impressive muscular frame. The other is his hair changing color to a more silver color (The people responsible are still trying to figure that out.)
Personality: On Earth Kyle was for all intensive purposes, a nerd. Sickly frame, treated like garbage by co-workers. Ever since this situation has presented itself however. He has dived almost headfirst into all of it. He loves his new body, all the power that comes with it. It’s here his personality has shined, showing a caring man who is gentle even if he doesn’t look the part. That said he can be very impatient and will start throwing fists when he feels its justified... which doesn’t take much.
Background: Born in California to a family of four kids, Kyle growing up helped run his dad’s independent computer shop. Learning everything about them from the ground up. However when he was going to graduate from high school his plans fell apart when his father’s shop had to close because of a major electronic store opening nearby and running it out of business. Without any major money for college Kyle ended up having to get a job at said electronics store for fixing computers. His management loves to humiliate him at every turn, his co-workers pick on him, and his father has had trouble accepting his son now works for the enemy.

Full Name: Ariana Chase
Home planet: Earth
Age: 21
Ability: Gravity Control - She can increase and reduce gravity around her at will, and can attract and repel objects to a certain degree (she has less control over this aspect).
Skills: She has good diplomatic skills, and is a natural peace-maker, due mostly in part to a heightened ability to empathize with others. Unfortunately, that often makes her gullible and easily manipulated as well. She has a decent singing voice, and loves to entertain.
Appearance: She is naturally small, standing at about 5'4, with a petite frame. Her hair is a dark chocolatey color, which she has recently cropped to just below her ears, and her eyes are of the same color. Typically, she wears pants or shorts, preferring them over skirts; tank tops are common, but she almost always wears long sleeved garments over them, and she is always wearing a pair of black combat boots.
Personality: Sociable and outgoing, sometimes overbearing. She's always out to meet new people and make new friends, and is almost always eager about something. It can be hard to get her down, but when someone succeeds, she goes down hard, often taking criticisms or insults too close to heart. She is marvelously supportive of others though, and will go to great lengths for anyone she considers a friend.
Background: Born into a family of five, and raised in a small town in Utah, she never knew anything other than the love and care of her closest family and friends. A deep seated love for music began here, when she was assigned to play the violin in a quartet with her siblings. She originally studied in music when she went to college, but her natural skill with negotiating and peacemaking set her on a different path, directed more towards politics, which she was less than excited about. This new turn of events was a chance that she pounced on without looking back, eager to put her skills to use in a more exciting setting.

Name: Eros Tamran
Home planet: Skalid
Age 22
Ability: Psychic - This ability also extends to a sort of technopathic ability. He isn't quite sure how, but occasionally he's been able to plant thoughts in people's heads and make them think it's their own.
Skills: He is incredibly talented with music. This has really become the way he communicates openly with people because he is incredibly socially awkward. He can also quite easily empathize with others which is typical of members of his race.
Description: He is about 6'5" which is actually kind of short for an adult of his race. His hair is a nice golden color and his eyes are a dark purple. His skin is a peach with a faint bluish tint. He is slightly self-conscious about his height. He dresses very casually, but in a way that still seems slightly formal. He is of Araskalan descent.
personality: He is by his races standards, only just mature. He tends to be very shy until he's known someone for quite some time. With those that he's struck a bond with he is very open and talkative. A striking contrast to his typical shy self. He really hates showing off his musical talent in front of others, because he's afraid of what they'll think of him. When he is talking to other people he is very cheery, but he isn't afraid to tell it like it is. Although incredibly bright he doesn't really understand figurative language.
Background: He grew up in a middle class household in the war-torn state of Araskala. He went to the best school his parents could afford although he never seemed to do very well. They've had to move him to several different schools and eventually home-school him due to bullies. His family moved out of Araskala to Journa When he was nearly 14 years old in order to escape the unjust government. There he went to the Academy of theFederation of States for six years before attending a military academy for two years until he was selected. His parents had to work hard to convince the Academy to keep him. In addition to this, he has a small assistant drone that he's come to think of as a friend. Don't be alarmed to see him talking exuberantly to the little guy.

About His home-planet.
Skalid, His home planet, is one of the few planets which are only partially involved with the galaxy force. The planet's main division are the small state of Araskala and the Federation of States. The Federation of States is made up of five states: Journa, Skalos, Gelrai, Toven, and Lors. All of these states are in support of the galaxy force. The planet itself has 5 moons. The moons were in ancient times and in the modern religion of the God of Soves'nu. (Soves'nu means the heavens.) The planet revololves around a single star. The night sky features constellations named after heroes from local mythology such as the hero Karslin or the twin gaurdians of the five moons: Joresh and Sales.

The beings of his planet tend to be very tall, however the tallest of those are of Toven descent. At least 10% of the worlds population is over 8 feet tall. All members of his species have incredible hearing and pointed ears. He is of Araskalan descent. The Araskalans tend to be shorter, around 7 feet, and have light skin with a slight bluish tinge. The Araskalans are from the northern plains of Skalid and are more evolved for colder temperatures. These Araskalans tend to have lighter hair and either purple or black eyes. Some of the more exotic, naturally-occuring hair and eye-colors occur in the Gelrai race, such as hair that is nearly purple and eyes that are a mix of gold and silver.

Home planet: Earth
Age: 34
Ability: Invisibility/phasing - As well as being able to fully phase she has learned to use the phasing subtly to silence her movements. Invisibility is standard, no tricks known (yet)
Skills: Naturally capable at language skills before the implant, she can detect subtitles in peoples speak and body language that others tend not to notice, allowing her to read people very well and tell if they are being truthful or not. Also due to her small stature she is quite acrobatic.
Appearance:

Dresses more appropriately when working, but loves loose free clothes when in her free time or when socialising. Looks young for her age, and is regularly mistaken for a 20 year old, so sometimes even a school girl.
Personality: Quiet most of the time, but not afraid to speak her mind when she deems it necessary. Friendly and slow to anger, preferring rather to solve difficulties through discussion.
Background: Lucy was Born in Ireland, but moved to live with her grandparents in Chicago at the age of 14. After years of enjoying school she went to university and studied languages and physics, a combination that confused her friends and family alike. Graduating from university, she moved away to work as a translator in a science lab in Japan where she worked right up to this recent change in career.

Full name: Barakiel (changed name)

Home planet: Sya—very hot and dry with two moons and two suns.

Syans

The planet is split into two by way of people and landmasses. One landmass, the larger (Sya—the planet's namesake), sent sailing ships to the other landmass (Kirr—the sound that the panicky children there made when the Syans landed) long ago. When they arrived, they found natives that looked much like them but were obviously more primitive. The people of Sya discovered that they were decedents of these beings (like humans to apes) and attempted to educate them and join forces to create a better tomorrow.

It failed drastically. When the Syans realized this, they experimented on them instead. They discovered they had stronger bone structures, better hearing, and night vision. Scientists synthesized their DNA and injected it into their populace in hopes of creating Supersyan soldiers.

It backfired, naturally. Most of the test subjects had to be put down, but some escaped. They bred with the locale populaces of both landmasses. With their dominant DNA traits, the decedents were changed forever. For the Kirr, it wasn't a big deal and none seemed to notice. For the Syans, it seemed to create emotional instability never before seen by the studious people.

Now, any Syan child who exhibits any sign of being uncontrollable will be sent to a special Institution where they will be immediately reformed. They, alongside a few Kirr that were secretly kidnapped by the Syan government (unknown to any of the populace, even the kids who go there and the Kirr themselves in most cases), would be released only when the traits of that error made hundreds of years ago were pounded into submission.

Age: 18

Ability: Electrical control—able to turn powered things off or on again. Can sometimes overload certain conduits to create sparks or a fire.

Skills: Able to recount nearly every star in the sky and draw directions from them, memorized every aspect of his religion (texts, commandments, etc), good at hiding things he doesn't want found.

Appearance: Syans have distinctly long hair, abundant facial hair, pointed ears, sharp teeth, and long sharpened fingernails. Most have a darker skin color due to the heat of their planet.

Barakiel has been reformed into a “higher order”. He has shorter dark hair that lies trimmed just above his pointed ears and no longer than his neck. His face was treated with acidic oils to prevent facial hair from ever growing. His teeth have been filed flat and he is forced to eat only plants. His fingernails have been filed as well to a shorter, rounder shape. He has also been given designs of bands drawn in permanent golden ink on each of his wrists to symbolize his true rebirth. “Though the chains be of gold, they are chains all the same.”

Personality: Once a high-strung pain in everyone's ass, Barakiel still retains some of his original ways of thinking, though much more restrained and subtle. He's a man who has been on his own from day one and it shows in his everyday mannerisms. He likes hoarding food (especially sweets, because it was forbidden in the institute). Barakiel doesn't take well to authority, but he likes to let them believe he's listening and following through when he's really doing whatever he feels is best.

Background: The Boy (for that was all he was to them) was thought to be a loose cannon in his village. He was seen as grossly overemotional and hot-headed. He was shipped to a large institution for youths that were uncontrollable and taught to put his energies into things more divine than him, such as the stars and religion. Once he completed his time at the institution and given the markings of a reformed man (see Appearance), the newly named Barakiel was chosen for the Force. He couldn't understand why, but they must have seen something in him.

Alright so before I start this, I'm trying to decide for the beginning if you guys want to show your character just joining the Force, going forward in time to graduation and the first mission. Or just go straight to the first mission?

Yeah, we should start at the first mission just after we've gotten like... group assignments or something. If we start where we've just joined we'd have to be trained and all that and that might drag the RP.

Full name: Novaskrai Akumakumaku

Home planet: Gureinakae

Age: 31

Ability: Plasma Manipulation- Nova can generate and manipulate starmatter and ionized gasses.

Skills: Is a skilled soldier, trained in various arms and martial arts, and has a natural affinity for tactics. As a Gurein, he is naturally very strong and durable, and greatly resists both pressure and heat.

Appearance: Gurein are remarkably humanlike in appearance, though their only superficial differences are quite subtle. Nova himself resembles an early-adolescent male human, standing about five-foot-four, and his features are rather soft and effeminate, giving him an innocent, almost childlike appearance. Like all Gurein, Nova has a mouth full of sharp, predatory teeth, the tips of his ears terminate in elfin points, his tongue is long, black and prehensile, and he possesses a natural bio-luminescence that he can activate at will. His skin is a pale, almost milky white by default, but he can distort his skin color like a chameleon, and his hair is naturally two-toned, with cornsilk blonde turning to neon blue at the tips. His eyes are solid sky blue, with no discernable pupil, with an ethereal luminescence that intensifies with his mood.

Personality: Nova is a typical Gurein adolescent male; that is to say, extremely aggressive, boisterous, destructive, immodest, and casually violent. He is cunning and quick-witted, and possesses a general contempt for those around him. His respect is extremely difficult to earn, but he never forgets a debt owed, or a grudge held. He takes his work very seriously and has little patience for fooling around, or generally unprofessional behavior. From anyone other than a Gurein, Nova would seem rather paranoid, though he considers his level of suspicion to be healthy.

Background: Nova is youngest the son of a disposed Gurein Queen, who fled with his family to another world, lest their usurpers summarily execute them all. While the Gurein people are generally disconnected from the Galaxy Force, due to their inborn distrust of absolutely everything, the world they sought asylum upon was home to a race that contributed to the Galaxy Force. As a show of good faith, Nova's mother essentially "sold" Nova to the Galaxy Force, demonstrating their willingness to cooperate in exchange for asylum. Nova has resented his mother for this throughout the entirety of his unwilling service in the Galaxy Force.
