A New x Wonder Adventure x Begins! IC (Azure Sky - FiroIV)

The airplane was running smoothly as it went through the air. No turbulence had been found yet. The people inside it weren't really making any trouble, as they quietly watched the movie being shown, the waitresses going around, or the sky out of the window. Though, these weren't your run-of-the-mill passengers. One couldn't feel it, but they were all people who were attending this year's Hunter Exam. They didn't seem like a half-bad group. There could be seen here and there guys who looked like they could crush boulders with their very hands and people who didn't seem like they could hurt a fly. Nanda was completely squashed against the window, as the dude who was sitting next to him was LARGE, occupying two seats at once and still giving the boy little space to breathe. He was scribbling a few things on his notebook, mostly related to how this plane would end up. Maybe.... A crash-landing? A heist? Terrorist hijacking? Or extreme turbulence, leading us to fall into an unknown island where some mysterious people will try to kill us? Or maybe they'll open a hatch beneath our feet and we'll drop into the ocean and die.... The list went on and on and on, as he predicted many cruel endings.
If one child throws a stone at you, throw back with two people. If two kids throw stones at you, get back at them with four people. If eight kids come after you with sticks, you thwart them off with sixteen people. If slandered by thirty people, you yell back with sixty people. And if a thousand tries to get us, we all come out as Otakus and RPers with pride.

The plane was rather full, but it was a good thing that Riki was rather well ... imposing or at least imposing enough that very few people dared to talk to her, but then again she was not seeking them or avoiding them she just was not overly excited. Oh well. There were very few people he was interested in, some here and there, people who exhumed power and confidence and some others who looked interesting. So to say there weren't much people she was genuinely interested in. Honestly she just could not be bothered anymore since the reason she did come here was not to make friends, but to become a hunter, but making friends along the way won't hurt. As of late the only thing in her was when this exam starts. 'Woe is me woe is me, what an incredibly tiring time to wastefully spend on something as shameful as waiting, but I must be patient.'

    Nikolev:

This plane was actually rather big, nothing like a super airplane that most politicians and celebrities used for their special travels. There weren't much benefits to the plane like a pool, spa, cabins, etc. The only that made the experience great was the fact that the possibility of being a hunter was at the end of the journey and then the ladies. There were some very enticing women on the plane, some were subpar, but that did not mean he'd still not like them after all, all women no matter appearance and personality still deserved love. There was however someone who he rather liked among the others though, she was rather beautiful, but what attracted her the most was her aura that he found similar to someone he knew. The thought that he'd make a pass for her was troubling, he did not want to distract himself from his goal, but if this didn't start soon enough he'd be really troubled.
At the moment we will be moving to a new house wherein I may not have internet connection of any form. I will still be able to go online whenever I go to school on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays because they have free internet, but the problem is they won't allow me to access this site for some reason.

One of my current ideas on how to access this site was for me to make use of the public library's internet, but even that may be tricky. I had an idea was that someone from an RP send me the posts made on the RP via email and I reply to them for that said person to post for me, but that would be taxing and I cannot impose that task to someone unless they volunteer. I came up with the compromise that maybe someone can send me just the details of what has happened and I can reply to them in short posts if again that's fine with the other person involved. As for the advanced RP's seeing as the short reply's won't really do justice to the story If it's okay with any of you then I hope that the idea of sending the individual posts would be okay.

If any on you who are in the RP with me has the time to spare then I will be most happy if any of you wish to volunteer, but if not then I will be okay with what decision you guys make.

To my 1x1 and own RP's here is what's going to happen. For the 1x1 if it's okay we can continue the story vie email as long as you want or until the arc ends with dignity. For my own RP I have already mentioned how the 1st arc should go and be followed so please feel free to continue that until the arc ends afterwars it is all up to you what happens and to the person who I will ask to be in charge after the arc ends if you guys want to continue the story.

As for now this is still all just conjecture seeing as that the person who will decide to get a home internet connection is not me. However I have with confidence that for at least a few weeks going onto months we will not have internet connection. Therefore if I disappear then please treat the characters I have made kindly and if possible kill them off with respect or throw the in the freezer until my eventual return.

As Nanda was about to close his notebook, a sudden turbulence was felt and all the passengers got the sensation they were falling. Well, that's because they were falling. "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WE'RE FALLING! WE'RE GOING TO DIE!" one of the passengers quickly screamed out in panic. That itself made the situation very bad. Those of the people there who didn't have a cool mind were thrown into disarray, jumping out of their and knocking on the cockpit's door, only to see that it was open and no one was inside. There were no more waitresses at that time either. Those who could actually maintain focus could see that this was certainly the preliminaries of the Exam.

Nanda simply sat there, not really knowing what to do. All of a sudden, a voice was heard. Those with enough hearing abilities to hear it over the screaming could discern perfectly. "Hello, thank you for choosing our airlines to fly in. Currently, all of you have now ingested a very rare poison that will bring you into a coma for about 2/3 years at most. Even though it's rare, it can be quickly killed by either excessively salty or excessively sugary water. If you have not yet jumped off the plane, I advise those of you who can to quickly drink it. You have about a minute to do so. Once we've confirmed your statuses, the plane will continue its way." Luckily for Nanda, he was sitting beneath one of the speakers, making it easier for him to hear it and confirm that those who entered panic had thought of jumping down the plane, thinking they were strong enough to survive if they jumped into the water.

The boy was shivering, as he tried to balance himself in the falling airplane's corridor. Though he didn't know if other people had heard it, he himself had bought a bottle of water at the airport, as he usually got sick during the landing/departing of a plane, pressure shifting and all, you know. He reached the plane's kitchen, which was rather broad actually, and tried to reach the cupboards. But, as fate may have it, the plane shifted a bit through the air, making him slip and fall on the floor, then getting thrown to one of the walls of the kitchen. His bottle of water had also been thrown around, and he could see most of the water spilled out. "God.... damn... it...."

    Riki:

As a trained warrior heightened senses were a requirement which was why she was not the least bit worried when the plane was falling and why she was able to hear the instruction rather clearly. The first thing that popped into her head was 'These people (the hunter examiner's) are either good at their job or they just want to mess with the candidates.' After that thought passed, she quickly headed for the kitchen to reassure her safety. Sure she could have headed to the cockpit and check on how things were, but why risk her time for something that can be solved once the status has been confirmed. As she headed to the kitchen she swore she heard someone curse, but it was rather noisy already and this sound was too ... dark even with her heightened sense. Regardless she arrived at the kitchen and reached for the sugar packets this was not an easy task because the plane slanted rather quickly and made her miss her mark. "Pathetic" was the only thing she managed to say.

She was not hanging on for dear life, but she was hanging. The plane itself was now on a 10 degree angle and although not dangerous it did make gravity and all its wonderful effects take it's toll on the kitchen. The cupboard doors swung open and released most of its contents, luckily enough she was able to grab a box of something falling, whatever it was she'd use it either way. She pushed herself forward to find leverage and looked at the contents of the box, it was sugar. Now all she needed was water.

    Nikolev:

He's a nice guy a real charmer who just so happens to be very kind, helpful and generous so when something dangerous happens the first action or rather the first thought that came to him was 'Save the people'. Honestly speaking it would be better to say that he is a handsome prince who can be too selfless for his own good, it was as he is compensation. The moment the plane started to fall he immediately went for the cockpit, along with some others, it was a good thing that he was there to flirt with the waitresses or else he would have been sitting rather closer to the girl from before.

The cockpit was empty and the flight attendant were nowhere to be seen. Which was rather odd, but he only came to the conclusion that they are either being made fun of or this was part of the hunter exam. He chose to believe in the latter seeing that was the less embarrassing option. He went for the copilot's chair and found something rather intriguing. A green light was flickering on and off and he's no pilot, but green meant good. So to say he relaxed a bit, but now he felt clueless.

Nanda coughed out a bit of saliva and tried to stand up. He finally saw the situation he was in. At one of the sides of the kitchen, a girl was sitting there with a package in hand. Luckily, she was being illuminated by one of the few lights inside the kitchen, making it easier for the boy to see what was written in it, if he squinted his eyes very hard. "Su... gar.... Sugar!" he screamed out loud. It wasn't time for his usual disaster prediction. It wasn't even time for him to be thinking of such things. If he wanted to catch disasters, he would have to put a stop, or at least a break, to this pessimist. Even so, as he tried climbing the kitchen, through the doors of the cupboards and such, he got ahold of his bottle of water, quickly taking it to the sink and filling it up. While doing all this, about 10 through 20 ways of falling, dying, failing or any other way of actually not succeeding went through his mind. Finally, he reached the girl, though a bit short-handed on things to hold onto.

"Uhhh..... Ummm..... Mind sharing that? I have this bottle of water here. If we mix that sugar with this water, we can both win this part, and maybe even help some of the others up there." he told her. Yes, he was being a bit on the naive side, but if there was one thing he couldn't really allow was disasters he predicted to come true. Though the virus wasn't part of his predictions, the plane falling was and he could tell that, if they didn't get all their viruses eliminated or send the ones who had the virus off the plane, it would keep on going down until it crashed and THAT was definitely one of his predictions. "Come on! We don't have much time! Here." he quickly took both his hands off the cupboards and balanced with his legs so he could open the bottle of water. He could hear the sound of his foothold breaking slowly.

    Riki:

She either felt lucky or naive that moment because the moment she needed water a guy with a water bottle came to her. It really didn't matter to her since the thing she needed was right in front of her grasp. She agreed the moment the moment she saw it and he really didn't need to beg, but he started talking all on his own and she did not have the heart to stop someone who persevered, work hard and looked like an adorable puppy trying his hardest.

"Okay." There was a hint of affection and pity in her mind, but she said it like any stone cold warrior did, cold, precise, and to the point.

She handed him the packets of sugar just like that and hoped for the best. As the paper container left her hand she saw herself tremble and her lips dry up. Whatever it was that the examiners gave her was finally taking effect, it was bound to happen sooner or later, but honestly Riki felt like it was going to happen a bit more later.

    Nikolev:

There were two things in his mind. The first one was "The plane is still falling" and the second thought was "I'm rather parched." He knew rather well that the plane falling was a test so everything was going to be fine a few minutes later, but he did not know what to do with the parched issue. He kind of wanted to drink, but there was no water around. He was really thirsty too and he guessed that those guys passing out in the floor were either thirsty or motion sick, it was not his problem ... anymore.

"Hahh" he let out a sign of dryness, but still in his naturally cool way.

He wandered around the plane's cockpit and wondered what to do now. He was still rather thirsty and there was no water around, but there was a soda can that has just rolled in from someone who was passed out's hand into the cockpit. As his teacher said "Success is 50 percent skill and 50 percent luck." and as of right now luck rolled right to him. He'd stupid to know replenish his thirst, so he did. He drank the soda, popped it open and and gracefully drank the contents. Sweet and cold, just like his life.

    "Cool" He said very cool-ly.

Nanda quickly grabbed the sugar packets the girl was giving him and poured them into the water. He knew how sugary water tasted like, but it was damn better than salty water. He would've jumped off the plane if he wanted salty water, and even then he didn't know if the saltiness of the sea was enough to destroy the virus. Once he finished pouring quite a few of them, he looked at the water. "Yep..... Sugar excess is strong in this one..." he muttered, quoting one of the movies of a very old saga he saw once. Though usually your average gentleman, this wasn't the time to start pushing it. Even if he preferred other people to live over himself, his basic survival instincts also kicked in now and again. He took a mouthful of it and quickly swallowed it, passing it over to the girl, who was already starting to show the aforementioned symptoms of the virus. With that, he carefully gave her the bottle. If it hadn't been for her, he wouldn't have gotten that bottle filled with sugar.

"After you're done, go back up there. Let's check if someone's still standing." he shot off, quickly taking out his notebook and seeing some notes he had left himself, in case of anything happening on the airplane, though he put it back afterwards. Climbing the hallway and stairs that led upwards to the main deck of the plane, he was beginning to, not feeling the symptoms of a virus, but something else very common. He was getting sick. Oh god, that water had seriously ruined his stomach. Why did he have to eat that seafood rice right before take off? He knew it was a heavy food, but WHY? He got safely to the deck and saw that only few people remained. Amongst them, a tall man, white suit, pretty organized fellow, he might've said. Nanda guessed he was safe. He could distinguish a soda can on his hand. Well.... that would've been easier....

She drank the water the moment it was handed to her. It tasted like sugar, as expected. Minutes before she drank it she heard the guy who gave her the water bottle mutter something vaguely familiar. Regardless she drank the water and thanked the man, but was cut short when he left or so she thought, she can be socially inept sometimes. From what she realized he'd gone out to explore the rest of the plane to find out what had happened to the others. She followed suit, he liked a man who knew what he needed and wanted to do.

As she walked out of the kitchen and on to the rest of the plane she realized the plane had stabled. It was rather unsettling because she did feel like the would fall into the deepest depths of the sea. She was only human and fear is something natural, but she'd never admit that because she had too much pride to even notice her own admittance of fear.

Out of all the people that were fine and living inside the plane only three people were "fine". There was her and the guy who helped her and one other man in the cockpit. "Three people.", She said rather out loud.

    Nikolev:
Has soda ever tasted so delicious? Not really, but for some reason this soda tasted rather great. Not only did it quench his thirst, but it also made him realized that everyone on the plane was unconscious.

He shrugged it off the moment he saw those other two people. One of them was the girl he stared at before and the other one had no aura at all. He didn't read aura's or had anything that special, but somehow he just found this guy interestingly odd and creepily cool.

"Oh hey!" He said to them when they approached him.

Keeping his grip tight on his stomach, Nanda took a few steps forward and tried to find an open seat, which wasn't that hard. "Hey.... wish this plane would stop..." he muttered the last part to himself. He seriously needed a barf bag, or else this would be a VERY smelly ride. As he heard what the girl who had helped him in the kitchen comment, he rose his head, looking at the people who were either in a coma or the empty seats left by those who jumped off. Yes, only they survived. It was very strange though. He thought more people would be prepared for this sort of thing. Hell, he thought even salty snacks would help out in this situation. Well, either ways, he gave off a weak smile, as weak as a simple movement which lasted a mili-second.

Soon enough, they were noticing the plane was starting to stabilize and, looking out the windows, they could it was finally going to keep its course, instead of dangerously falling into the ocean. "Congratulations to those of you who managed to make it through this first preliminary. I ask you to enjoy yourselves as long as you can on this plane, we have prepared top-class food and drinks hunted by the best Food Hunters the Organization has.... We also ask you to think of it as your last supper and, if you have anything to leave behind and haven't made a will yet, there's pen and papers in the storage on the tail of the plane. Enjoy and thank you again, for choosing our line of services." the same voice sounded as before and, almost out of nowhere, waitresses began filling the corridor between seats with exquisite food. It seemed they had re-entered the plane through the open doors. That's how they left.... and the pilots too.... Nanda was now a bit more relieved as he started feeling more at peace now that the plane was fine.

    Riki:

As everything went back to order she took a seat near a window. She watched the people flood in to the airplane with exquisite food and drink to be served. They also took away all the passed out bodies of all the other examinees and tossed them out of the plane, by which they literally tossed them out. Riki hoped that they just tossed them to another plane, but honestly it was no longer her problem. She doubted that they'd actually kill of all those people just because those people failed the exam, but then again they did ask the others to write a will to their beloved.

Now that she was eating exquisite airplane food she wondered about the other two. They looked partially reliable from her point of view, the guy who gave her the water was a bit odd and the other guy who did fine by himself felt alluring. The oddball was a bit grim to the eyes and had a this air of death, but she did not care too much for the matter. The other guy made her feel shameful because he was staring at her a little to intently. It was like he was making love through their eye contact, angry, hot and passionate love making that she'd never lose to.

    Nikolev:

He was bored now. The test or whatever happened was over. All he wanted to do now was get in on that girls personal space and make her feel loved, like any other girl should feel, loved, wanted and desired. Regardless of what they were doing rather passionately he needed to focus on his goals, which was to pass the exam.

The thing he wanted to do now was make contact with the others. This exam had already been proven to test the will of those who joined and having people to trust was a great card to have. He had already ensured the girl to be someone he had a possibility to trust, the passionate eye contact was a proof of that. The other problem was the boy who gave off an aura of pessimism.

He broke off the non-physical contact love making rather hatefully and guiltily, he did not want to stop, but he needed to ensure the other one. He waved goodbye to the girl and went off to make contact with the other guy. "Hello." He greeted the other one.
