    but the good kind with lots of order..
    What im trying to say, one ruler made of metal to rule all others, made of metal.
    Well Zwei, if you go with the Mechanoids then we would probobly have some connections, maybe a major trade system, or something of the likes.

    Likewise my government would be authoritarian. As a short summary of the background, they would have been produced as war machines to wage battles on their creators behalf but as newer models kept getting produced they reached sentience and with sentience they grew tired of being shamelessly used, eventually overthrowing and exterminating their creators.

    Well my idea was that the inner sectors of the galaxy was originaly a place where the original species where located, they with time died out from solar flare that hit hard across my sectors exterminating there precens.
    The Planets actually mechanical '' gods '' started to produce different types of mechanical Lifeforms letting them roam freely, as they reached there population cap they let the civilization produce itself through mechanical Factories and such.
    The Mechanical Gods actully planet sized factories from unknown ages are now standing still, allowing those who dare change the civilizations everyday peaceful lives would find endless halls of giant machines offline aswell as an endless amount of factories to produce these machines that where there ancestors.

    The Machine Gods names the planets name, for example. The Original planet: Atarius I is the name of the Machine god that is within the planet ( Massive factory. )
    Through origin they eventually dared to dig into one of these factories and discovered stuff, later on they began to dissagree with eachother, creating war.
    There advance in tech is remarcable and there fleet is known for its firepower and raw size of there ships, they belive highly quality over quantity.
    With that they value honor so they want there ships to be as strong and large as possible, so Flagships are often seen as Space Dreadnaughts.
    However the combined fleet is very low in numbers and are not known for being fast :P
    What this civilization is known for however is to only conquer if it is a Machine god, also there infantry and invasion force is extremely powerful, though yet again not large in numbers.

Consider the number to be like a percentage, so if you have a military capable of taking over 10% of the galaxy, then your rating here will be a 10. There are 97 sectors, so the extra 3 points will be if you're powerful enough to have a firm grip on your first sector. Your military shouldn't start with a rating higher then 10)
    Economy/Resources/Trade-(A number between 0 and 100, with 100 being such a great economy that your practically in charge of the entire galaxy's pocket books. Start off no greater then a 10)
    Influence-(A number from 0 to 100 based on if you're a good or a bad influence. If you're the most feared nation in the galaxy, you'll be a 0. If you're the most beloved ever, you'll be a 100. You can start off between 40 to 60, which is somewhere in the middle. Even if you're the most cruel, you won't start off being well known enough to be a 0)

    The CIR is a rather power hungry but honorfilled nation, there planets are surrounded with massive space giants and often there is a orbital base in outer orbit of the planet.

    Capital Planet-
    Atarius I

    Planets-
    Imborall: A planet devoted to the creation of military hardware and mindless drones, aswell as massive spacecraft, this planet is massive.
    Canvar II: A planet filled with aincient artifacts, also the powerhouse of the CIR, using a power teleportation technology they teleport the planets massive power storage to planets within the CIR's grasp.
    D.Y.R.C: A planet made out of one single giant mine, giving the resources that the CIR need to keep there production going.
    M.A.W: Home to the most dangerous non inteligent lifeforms in the galaxy, this planet is historically inportant, this planet is also hollow housing a massive Military stronghold inside of the planet, this is the only Non mechanical planet in the CIR's control.

    Several Gas Giants delivering gas to Imborall to power the Space craft it produces.
    An extreme amount of asteroid bases for strategical purpose.

    IM.K.A.R: The Largest Space Fort in the CIR's arsenal, it houses an extrem amount of fighters and is capable of holding three Star Dreadnaughts.
    It is located in a trading rout between Atarius I and Imborall.

    A dictatorship, however the Supreme General Ometa belives in order, so everything is peaceful within the civilization.
    The Ranking tree is built up in a military ranking tree, however expanded.

    Only one race, however different Models of Mechanoids.

    The Type-19.A.5.
    The most common model of the civilization, there structure is the same but there appearence is different.

    Currency-
    C.H. Cogs of Hardship

    Allies-
    There are several mechanoid civilizations in the galaxy, they are most likely there allies.

    The ones occupying Machine Gods.

    Therefor they are rather polite, or well everyone who isnt a military model.

    An extremely powerful but oversized military, everything is done in order with much thinking behind there actions.
    The Militarys discipline is good as they are a military of honor, and they are tought that everything they have to do is in the name of honor.

    Disadvantage Traits-
    They may not be the most peaceful civilization ever once they have found a occupied machine god, they will almost never retreat without there objective.

    Other Traits-
    They produce new models constantly.
    They love space, and have several space colonies floating around.

    History-
    There home planet, was once housed by organic lifeforms, due to a solar flare they where whiped of the face of existance.
    Produced from the machine god, basicly a massive factory inside planets they lived on the surface building an empire from scratch, once the machine gods hade reached there population cap They stoped there prodoction and let them live in peace.
    They let there creations liv undisterbed, they allowed them to create there own factories.
    However with time, the civilization hade learned that not everyone agrees to everything, Civil war erupted with massive battles still scarring the planet as of now.
    However as everyone knows with war technology evolves, new machines where designed, Unmanned starships forged and a drone fleet Created.
    They found an end to the civil war by discovering a different machine god, Canvar II. The other side of the war changed planets and both sides agreed to allow there own rule across the planets.
    they expanded with time and allowed the same thing to happen over and over, civil war and then came expansion, then the civil war and expansion.
    Because they knew from past experience that war is the key to advancement.
    With centuries of repeted process, one man took the role as the leader and united them all under one banned: the CIR.
    The CIR discovered a planet codenamed M.A.W. due to its past history:
    Two planets colliding M.A.W. Being the bigger one survived however the majority of the planet was blown away, creating the maw shaped planet.
    They landed on the planet only to discover an intelegent civilization living in massive cave structures, the CIR lured the civilization that they came with supplies of defencive inportance against the before discovered beasts that lurke the planet.
    The Civilization allowed them to come in however, the leader of the CIR: Omtra Bloodhand was at the tip of the marching army, they slaughtered the entired population and started to construct a fort mightyer then all other, inside the planets superstrucutre, the entire planet was designated as a Galactic Fortress, in here the CIR rulers spend there time of life, not in the main cities but in the Galactic Stronghold.
    Now the time of a new Supreme General has arised his name is Ometa Ordanon also known as the Spectre.
    His construction model was developed for war and his appearence shows it.

    Sword of Artanas

    Information-
    They are a feared special force, comprised of house tall elite models designed for war, they are walking tanks and can be outfitted with different weapons with different terrain.
    The SoA is widely known for its bruteforce and there cheer firepower.

    Recruitment-
    They are Constructed, there are three different military forces: the SoA, the CoG and the MMOF, SoA being the most elite and so on.
    There models showing there purpose in battle, for example SoA uses one single multi-purpose model, whilst MMOF and CoG uses multiple models for different tasks.

    Size-
    2 million SoA soldiers 10 Million CoG and 45 Million MMOF, according to the population it protects its not much, but they are powerful.

    Structure-
    SoA has two power strucutres, One being the S.G. himself and one being the operations veteran.
    The CoG work similarly.
    The MMOF have a powerstrucutre of the Machine gods and the dates they where colonized, for example the top ranked is the Atarius so on.

    a single one of these is more then capable of killing of a platoon of CoG and 100 models of MMOF.
    The streght vary greatly between the models of use, it is all about the recourses they cost aswell, so the MMOF is the most commonly known.
    18 888's where used in the Slaughter of M.A.W. they exterminated a population of stone age civilians of 150 thousand.

    A assault bot capable of killing 10 MMOF models.
    it is mostly used as offencive force in invasions.
    It is average in both Defense and offence.

    A Tank model, commonly used aswell.
    its defence is above average and its offence is above average.
    Its speed and manuverability is below average.

    MMOF Models 11.4.AACM.
    a model capable of killing 2 humans with struggle, they are large in numbers and are used as guards for low priority targets, aswell as invasion forces.
    There large numbers and low resource cost allows them to be expendable.
    All MMOF units are named 11.4.AACM. but there appearences vary from tanks to artillery.

    Tanks are average in defence and offence.
    They are bad at speed, yes THEY ARE BAD AT SPEED.

    Artillery are above average in firepower, slightly below average in accurecy.
    They are also BAD AT SPEED

    Unforgiving, extremely powerful, overruns there enemys with raw size and firepower instead of numbers.
    There Ships are easily one of the largest ones in the galaxy.

    110 billion Crew Models, these models are however only programmed to controll the ship and cannot defend themself from actuall successful boarding parties, therefor there is 45 million Guard Models in the navy across all the ships.

    Size-
    16 Ships ready for battle with 4 Cruisers underconstruction aswell as 2 Battleships and a Star Dreadnaught being built at IM.K.A.R.

    Structure-
    Supreme General at the top after that there is the Grand Admiral then it goes down that same rout.

    Imkogma Class Super Star Dreadnaught- A large scale moonsized Star Dreadnaught with extreme firepower, housing 12 billion Crew models and 12 million Guard models.
    It houses 5000 Automated Drones in both Fighter and Bomber classes. Aswell as 4000 Dropships, capable of holding 25 billion.

    Kogmerga Dreadnaught - A miniature Imkogma, however redesiged for the Carrier class. Holds 7000 Automated Drones 1200 Manned Fighter bombers, 2500 Troop Transport ships.
    It holds 1 billion Crew Models and 1 million Guard Models.

    Imkagara Broadside Battleship - A Broadside Cruiser of a massive scale, being the secound largest Vessel in the CIR's arsenal it houses 150 batteries on one side and 12 Anti missile lasers on the other side.
    This Ship houses 5 billion Crew models and 5 million Guard models.

    Imkogtar Cruiser - A Cruiser designed with a king of the hill shield generator technology, Using three Shield Generators all over the ship it gives it a multi-layerd shield that can take all kinds of damage.
    It is also equiped with 50 Ion Artillery cannons. The ship holds 12 million Crew models and 1 million Guard models. also the most commonly used ship in the CIR's arsenal.
    Capable of holding 1200 Troop transports and 2500 Drone Fighters. Most commonly refered to as the CIR's Invasion ship.

    Imtaharga Star Base - A sword like structure of the Massive Star base Imtaharga, secound scaled starbase in the CIRs arsenal. The Imtaharga's key feature is that it is mobile and outscales the Imkogma, however in the Navy it is not refered to as a ship so the Imkogma is still the largest scaled vessel in the CIRs arsenal. The Sword part of the Imtaharga is a large cristal found floating in space, it reflects a high powered Ion Generator which then fires an extremely powerful Laser Beam, it is the guardian of the CIRs Space, no fleet have passed this Space Station without horrible losses.

    Others that is of less inportant are also existant.
    But not commonly used or heard of.

    They are however not immune to water, which is one of there major enemies, however special models have been created to fight this climat.

    Personality-(You don't need to make them all the same, but they might have some personality traits in common, such as generally being more brave)
    They all value Honor and valer in everyday life, from saving a house hold drone from overheating or saving a model from fire.

    Lifespan/Birth/Aging-
    They are born in a factory.
    They dont age, but there lifespan is around a 1000 years, without being killed.

    Imar

    They belive in the Machine Gods.
    The religion has no name.

    Technologicaly advanced.

    Location- 25, 36 (expansive Terraforming operation)
    Attitude- Expansive, they respond with whatever is given to them, if they are given a hostile reception, then their first response will be diplomatic to see if they can work out their differences, but if not, then they will not hesitate to respond with force.
    Capital Planet-Proxima Prime (also called Proxima 3)
    Planets-

    Proxima 1 (closest planet to their Sun, the only thing they have on there is a small research outpost to study their Sun. due to the amount of Radiation and heat that the planet is exposed to, only specially outfitted ships can actually reach the plan. the research outpost has extensive thermal shielding.)

    Proxima 2 (Similar to Mercury, have lead/sulphur based storms and very inhospitable, several research stations, and many Bio-domes where a lot of Farming is done. using Terraforming, these Bio-domes have become perfect habitats for almost any fruit and vegetable that Empire could want.)

    Proxima 4 (fourth planet in the Proxima Centauri system. It is a Super-Earth planet with rich mineral deposits, gravity is 1.3 of Earth. the Empires main shipyards are located here.)

    Proxima 5 (firth planet in the Proxima Centauri system, a Gas-Giant that has extensive radar equipment used for monitoring the whole solar system and manage space traffic, no surface population, only space stations, the gravity on surface is roughly 20x that of Proxima 3. so the surface is uninhabitable. Proxima 5 has 9 moons, several are uninhabitable, so they have several large coloneys on the ones that are, and several large Bio-Dome Farms on the ones that aren't.)

    Proxima 6 (sixth planet in the Proxima system, another earth like planet that has become a major coloney thanks to Terraforming. only 1 moon. the planet is substantially colder than Proxima Prime)

    Proxima 7 (the last planet in the Proxima system, a planet slightly smaller than Proxima 3, an Ice world with excessive defences on this planet as well as shipyard. a fortress planet known as "the Gate of Proxima." it is about half the size of Earth.)

    Seti-Theta 3 (the first planet in the next solar system to be claimed by the Empire of Brittany, there is one colony on the planet, that is mainly large pieces of Terraforming equipment. A heavy Military presence is also on the planet, being that the last planet they tried to colonize was infested with Triffars. a lot of good people lost their lives.)

    History- at one point, they were one with the Humans, however, a Colony-ship got lost in a Worm-hole and came out in unknown space. they then spent the next 200 years trying to get back to earth, however, they visited a planet called Skillia that was under a plague, most of the inhabitants had been wiped out, the uninfected were allowed on the ship and over the following century, their DNA spread throughout the humans. they developed blue skin like the Skillians and eventually took the name for themselves, however the Plague was not only effecting the Skillians, races such as the Kenris (an Insectoid race), the Mog (a Reptilian race) and the Levitin (a Feline race.) escape ships from those worlds joined the Skillians and they they made their way towards Earth with them. eventually, they were running low on Fuel and recourses, and as such, they found a system that was rich in minerals fit for the founding of a Nation, Proxima Centauri, and founded the Empire of Brittany (after the name of the Colony ship, the U.S.S. Brittany). they have had several wars with encroaching Races, most prominently with the Triffars, a Parasitic Plant race that threatened to wipe out the entire Empire. apart from the Triffars, no invading force has made it past the Gate of Proxima.

    Recruitment- 100% (This is due to everyone having to serve at least 6 months of Military service when they come of age. after which, they are let go to pursue any career they so choose)
    Size-4 Billion (with an extra 10 billion in reserve)
    Structure- At the top is the Grand General (in charge of the Army) Grand Admiral (in charge of the Space Forces) and Grand Marshal (in charge of Planet-side Air Force and Navy)

    Bellow them are the Generals, Admirals and Marshals. then below them is the standard "Captain, Sergeant, Sergeant-Major, Major, Corporal, Private" system.

    Advantage Traits- They aren't into fighting but they keep their military strong. Almost 100% of the population of Young Adults 16-45 are in the Military. Great with chemical agents. Very Vast Spacecrafts.

    Disadvantage Traits- Young Adults are forced into the Military, Are afraid of being destroyed, and are high in the Narcotics business.
    Other Traits- Young Adults get married at a young age, Marriage is crucial to the military, Unmarried individuals are placed in Special Forces.

    Army: The Grand Marshall's

    Information- The back bone of the Army. Ground troops, Space Fighters, and Large Spacecraft Pilots.

    Recruitment- All young adults ranging from 16-45

    Size- 20 billion maybe. I'm just guessing. I have no idea how many Young Adults there would be out of 43 billion

    Structure- They follow the Order of the President. They have a Commander in charge of the ship they are on. They are known as
    Space Flights. The largest Spacecraft can hold 15 million.

    Ground Troops Gas Troopers: Wear gas masks and open tanks spewing chemicals around where ever they go. They are normally armed with grenade launchers that shoot gas grenades. They normally only land after the first Chemical Attack. They are only there to make sure that life has been eradicated and to make sure that if anyone survived then they will make sure they are dead.

    Ground Troops Security Troopers: The security troopers also wear gas masks and they have rifle that are semi automatic and have 10 rounds in a clip. Some gasses tend to have negative effects on people so they just go in and kill what hideous creatures remain.

    Ground Troops Armored Troopers: Large Tanks with 5 cannons, 6 side guns and holds 10 troopers. The inside is like a bomb shelter, capable of withstanding multiple direct hits from a variety of Nuclear Devices. Only known Weakness, Killing the troops from the inside. If managed to be destroyed, it will self destruct moments after releasing chemical agents. (Very Few have been made, and they are very slow.)

    Space Fighter Pilots: Are trained in flight of any Hargorn space fighter. Expert Pilots and will take to ground assaults if the Larger Battle Cruisers fail or cannot fire due to ground forces.

    Large Spacecraft Pilots: These pilots are the most highly trained pilot. They have to know how to handle everything in case one of their brothers or sisters is injured. They can be found in: Hargorn Battle Cruisers, Hargon Battle Renegaders, Hargorn Planet Destroyers, Hargorn TradeShips, Hargorn Destroyers, and the Great Hargorn Mega Battle Cruiser.

    The Great Hargorn Mega Battle Cruiser: Holds about 15 million living souls. Has top notch defenses and an annoyingly large amount of fighters. Shields, Deflector Shields and Cloaking Device in response to a need for Evacuation.

    Race Name- Hargorns

    Population- 43 Billion

    Habitat- They can be found on just about every planet they conquered but they prefer Deserts and most likely will colonize desert planets first.

    Appearance- Human Like, four eyes, four arms, two legs, ears, no nose but instead lung like gills on the side of their cheeks for smelling.

    Physiology- Are immune to most chemical agents but can get sick from them if exposed to long. Tough skin from being in deserts. Very Observant due to their four eyes and have a horrible sense of smell/

    Personality- Number one thing in all: Loyalty. They also love their partners with all their hearts, there hasn't been any recording of a divorce sine they left on their first exploration.

    Lifespan/Birth/Aging- 100 years. 8-9 month Incubation: they also have a slightly higher chance for getting twins. 1 year every 12 months.

    Language- Hargorn

    Religion- N/a

    Culture- Work as a family, No job gets done by one person, team efforts go a long way.

    Advantage Traits- Very Observant. Strong. Great Multi-Taskers. Intelligent.

    Disadvantage Traits- Can't smell very well. Easily angered if their family is threatened. Careless.

    Other Traits- Decent Marksmen.

    History- Since the beginning there had been a lot of war. Fighting over which desert. Their home planet being a complete desert planet, finding food you would think would be hard, but the desert had its own natural foliage. Lots of fighting with gasses which created their natural immunities to an air supply other than oxygen. Their home planet is almost 80% uninhabitable by any other race because of the gasses that have been looming around for millenniums. The foliage seemed to adapt just as the Hargorns did.
