I favor Adeptus Mechanicus and the recognition of the Omnissiah or the Machine God if you prefer, the veneration of knowledge is a noble pursuit even in a fictional universe. However I have to say that the denial of organic superiority is short sighted and makes me suspicious of the Omnissiahs origins and motives.

There is no evidence they are the same, it's certainly hinted at but to date there is no concrete solid evidence they are one and the same
