Brief History: She was cloned in a vat. She grew up. Then she did stuff. Then her security clearance went from infrared to red, and now she gets assigned to troubleshooting every once in a while.
Personality description: She's quite a manic person, constantly fidgeting and moving, and talking rather fast and loudly. She usually runs rather than walk, and doesn't particularly enjoy following orders.
...You know, I just realized making characters would be much easier if you explained stuff like Secret Societies, Service Groups, Double Agenting, what exactly a troubleshooter is, security clearance, how to name characters, etc.

Names you can do anything. I like the name you chose actually. Pretty cool.
Troubleshooters are directly in employ of the bureaucracy to find trouble (unlicensed mutants, terrorists, communists, etc.) And shoot it.
