    W O N D E R L A N D (IC)

    OOC

The room was dark and bare, the only illumination came from the multitude of holographic screen hovering over the single large, metal work desk pressed up against the room's far wall. The hum of the coffee machine positioned on the small table next to the desk was the only background noise chasing away the empty silence as a tall, fairly handsome man in a suit absentmindedly brushed a silver strand of hair out of his face as he leaned back in his chair, positioned directly in front of the work desk. In his right hand he held a cup of hot french vanilla coffee with extra cream and sugar, the sweet aroma filling the air around him. He lazily brought the beverage up to his lips and took a careful sip without taking his eyes off the holographic monitors, each of the eight or so screens showing him a different image, most of them were focused on people, his people. His operatives, all positioned exactly as they were supposed to according to his instructions, all ready to begin their mission assaulting the complex where their target lay. He checked the other screens, everything was normal, no incongruities with what was supposed to be could be detected. Good, but he wouldn't let himself be caught with his pants down. He was running mission control, and it was his job to react to the slightest change and instruct his personnel accordingly.

He brought his free hand to the communicator in his ear and pressed down gently on the small touch pad facing outward, activating the device and addressing his men with his typical calm, composed air. "Leo here, all personnel on mark. It's about time we got this show on the road.

You know your mission, the target is a data chip located somewhere on the second floor office of the warehouse. If the Jaegers guarding it manage to hand it over to the Warden captain when he arrives, the identities of dozens of our operatives, and quite possibly the existence of Tea Party itself will be uncovered, we can't let that happen. Our cameras report at least a dozen wardens in and around the warehouse running security while they wait for the captain to arrive, there are probably more but we can't confirm without running the risk of having our spy-cams picked up by their scanners.

Stealth will be your best friend on this mission boys and girls, figure out a way to enter the warehouse without being discovered and retrieve that data chip y any means necessary. If you absolutely have to take out a warden, non-lethal measures only, if you kill one of them, an alarm will be triggered in the suits of the rest and your cover will be blown. Jaegers obviously don't fall to the same rule, but i shouldn't have to tell you how hard it is to stealth kill those bastards, i suggest avoiding them entirely if possible. If you can create any sort of distraction, then use it to your advantage. We'll be running observation on your situation but communications will be kept at a strict minimum, while these channels might be secure we don't want any stray comm interference tipping the pigs off to your presence. This is what you trained for kiddies, don't let Tea Party down, over."

the problem with awesome roleplays is they attract awesome players, and the problem with having awesome players is they usually fuck up in awesome ways, and require awesome explanations to correct their awesome mistakes.

Mira switched off her com-link after Leo's orders.
    A data chip.
    Second floor office.
    Wardens and Jaegars.
    Fun for the whole family.

Mira took a deep breath and blew it out slowly. She was in an alley across from the warehouse. The south side she believed.
She hoped everyone else was listening and ready, wherever they were. She wasn't even sure who else was on this mission. She really should have paid more attention in the briefing.
It made things a little more difficult when you didn't know if an ally was close by.

Oh well, she'd just have to wing it. The way she always did.

Mira eyed the building, wondering what would be the best way inside. But as she thought about it, she decided that maybe the best use of her fantasy was in distracting and taking out guards with 'non-lethal' measures.
Leo was just no fun anymore.

Seeing a guard blocking one of the doors, she put her shoulders back and walked across the street.
"Halt!" he told her. "State your business here."
Mira blinked innocently. "I was at home, all alone, and felt lonely. I came out looking for a friend." She fluttered her long eyelashes at him. "Would you like to be my friend today... for a little while?"
"Are you... propositioning me?" he asked incredulously, but she could also her the interest in his voice.
"No," she said with a seductive smile. "That would mean payment. I am just lonely... and wanting some attention... from a young, strong, handsome man..." she purred, coming closer and laying her hand on his arm.
"I have my orders," he said, but his resolve was weakening.
"Who's to know?" Mira asked, smiling playfully and taking his arm, gentle pulling him towards the alleyway. "Just some quick fun..."
He hesitated for only a moment before following her into the alley.

Soon they were kissing against the wall, very heatedly. She smiled as she framed his face in her hands.
    She stared into his eyes.
He froze for a moment, a look of alarm briefly crossing his face, before he sagged to the ground. Kneeling beside him, she took his chin in her hand and put her lips by his ear. "I am making you feel incredible... giving you the best time of your life..."
The guard smiled in his sleep, enjoying the dream she had planted in his mind.
Mira sighed as she stood, studying the sleeping guard. It had been so long since she had dreamed anything. She had forgotten what it was like to dream, how it felt.
A side effect of her fantasy, she could put people to sleep and give them dreams while having none of her own.

A feeling of being watched made her glance up.
A black owl was perched on a ledge above, watching with it's large glowing eyes.
    Her Esper : Shadow Owl.
"I know, I need to move. But I'm going to hide him so no one can shake him awake. After all, he's having such a good dream. Why spoil it?"
The owl only looked at her.

Mira placed some boxes in front of the guard's body, so no one would spot him right away.
She stood at the entrance of the alley and waited.
"Alright guys," she murmured. "I got a door cleared for you."

A man with a slightly tall athletic build stood in the darkness of the alleyways his trench coat and hat shrouding his facial features in darkness. He leaned against the wall of the dark alleyways standing within the shadows. The call came in from the boss

"Stealth will be your best friend on this mission boys and girls."

The man let out a quiet sigh. Stealth was no fun, it never was, why be sneaky when you can just go in and wipe them all out? The man quickly held his breath as a girl and the guard came into the alleyway. They began kissing fiercely and than as fast as they had walked into the alleyways, the guard was out cold. Mira always had uneccesary methods, she even spared the guards life.

Harold stepped out of the darkness of the alleyways. Without saying a word to Mira, he kicked the asleep Jaegr aside and stepped out of the alleyways. He stopped and whistled. Within the darkness of the alleyways 2 glowing red eyes opened. They belonged to a wolf, the wolf was jet black and was about the size of a big cat. The Big Bad Wolf slowly walked over to Harold's side and sat down without a sound. Harold walked over to the security door and looked it over, one good blast would bust the door down with ease, but unfortunately, he was to be stealthy. He looked at the wall and noticed a small retina scanner. Harold let out another sigh and walked over to the sleeping guard. He grabbed him by the collar and brought his face up to the scanner. With a 'click's the door opened.

He put his hand up to his ear com and turned it on. "Were in"

There was a man on a nearby roof as he had out a book and quill, he had watched the girl take out the guard and the other man before touching his ear. "Alright, Big Bad and Sleeping Beauty have gained access into the building. Beginning my part of the plan, Grim out." Out of all the jobs that were part of the mission, he had to be chosen to provide a distraction for the Wardens and Jaegers. Getting down from the roof and placing away the book and quill, Grim began to walk around with a empty beer bottle with the latest copy of the newest saga book. After walking around a few times, one of the wardens that had patrol duty had approached him with his weapon drawn.

"What are you doing here sir?" The Warden asked as the recognizing system began to run.
"I am just looking around for the warehouse ...... number forty-five. .... I think" Grim spoke as the system identified him as Michael Flynn, he was pretty good at acting drunk.
The warden lowered the weapon a bit, he was no obvious threat. "This is forty five. What is your business here?"
"The company ...... said that they needed some ...... books of mine to be signed ...... since apparently there are a few fans out there that want them."
The Warden checked this and it was mostly true and the only thing wrong was the date. "It says here that the dead line is tomorrow."
"It is? Well can you help me out ..... and bring all the boxes I have to assign to forty-six...... so I may start on that huge order ......"
"We aren't supposed to do that but since it says here that you are an upstanding member. I will have a few Jaegers be assigned to that task."
"Thank you very much ....... I will never forget this ...... you have saved my hide ...... what's your name so I may send something to you?"
"Sorry but I must go back on patrol but I will drop by after my shift is done and pick up a signed copy. Don't tell the others but I am a big fan of your work."
"Is that so? Then I will make sure ...... you get a specially signed copy ...... free of charge of course ....."

Grim was then escorted to the warehouse right by the target one as the distraction was working. It loosened the security a bit so the other's could have an easier time. Once the Books arrived, he started to sign his books under the careful watch of some Jaegers and Wardens.
"Somehow you strayed and lost your way, and now there'll be no time to play, no time for joy, no time for friends - not even time to make amends. You are too naïve if you do believe life is just innocent laughter and fun." ~ Cheshire Cat

"This is what you trained for kiddies, don't let Tea Party down, over." With that the mission had officially started. Dieter crouched on the edge of a rooftop overlooking the target warehouse, the microchip guarded inside it. Dieter sighed as he thought about the Jaeger's guarding it. They were allowed to be killed unlike the Wardens all around the Warehouse but that didn't mean it was a possibility. They'd be hard to just sneak up on and execute. Outright fighting them was completely out of the question as well, there would be too much commotion if they did and it doesn't help that the Jaegers were as powerful as they are. Dieter supposed today would not be the day for them to try and cut down on the Jaeger population within the city, meaning he would have to hope that the other's would cause a good enough distraction to lead them away from the chip. That way Dieter could find a way to get in and out with it before they had a chance to even notice. He glanced down at the alley below him and saw two of the other Tea Party members already in motion which meant it was time for Dieter to get his job under way. He stepped back from the edge now and grabbed a sleek black mask he had hooked onto his belt, which he placed on his face. There wasn't much to the mask, it was a midnight black colour with small eyeholes cut out. The eyeholes had an eerie way of seemingly amplifying the appearance of Dieter's sapphire eyes. Dieter wore a different attire then his normal attire, option to wear a black trench coat as well as the mask for their stealth mission. It would keep him from being immediately recognized and thus, in the case any guards caught a glimpse of him, he could prevent himself from being identified later if he ever ran into one of the guards in his normal attire. After all they were on this mission to prevent Tea Party from being exposed, being exposed themselves wouldn't be much of a trade off.

Dieter checked to make sure he had all his equipment, which in this case was only the flute he had strapped onto his belt along the right side of his hip and a screwdriver on the other side of his belt, and felt a bit saddened by the fact he couldn't have brought his violin with him on this mission. It was a stealth mission which meant carrying his violin around would have been more noticeable then he could allow but still. He had been spending a lot of time practising with it lately, having been able to master a single melody on it so far. It was painstaking trying to learn how to play her instrument but in the end he knew it would be worth it. The single melody he had been able to learn was a sad one but it had also been Annika's favourite melody to play growing up. Dieter supposed when the mission was over he would attempt to learn another melody to play on it. He was on a mission now though and it was time for him to get moving, he shook his head quickly to get rid of the thoughts and took a deep breath as he glanced at the Warehouse the chip was being held in again. It was on the second floor. He supposed unlike the other's he would enter through the roof, and break in through the air ducts. He was slim, growing up as a starving gutter rat tends to do that to you, so it would be a bit of a tight fit but he could make it through them. As he went over his plan of attack in his head he got moving, running as he leapt from the rooftop he was on to a rooftop beside him that was much closer to the warehouse. It was a short gap and he made it relatively easily as he kept himself in motion.

The roof he was on was about a floor taller than the target warehouse as he ran towards the edge and leapt off of it. He braced himself for the landing as he bent his knees and positioned his feet downwards so he would land on the balls of his feet. As he landed he tucked his head under his arms and collapsed his legs to send him into a roll. As he made the roll and his forward motion came to an end, he got to his feet and brushed himself off. He had a light scrape on his right arm but for the most part he had made the fall pretty well. Dieter had learned to be pretty agile growing up on the street, not quite acrobatic enough to ever make a profession out of it but good enough to get away when a situation got dangerous. Dieter continued on with his mission now as he walked across the roof and found the part of the air vents that took in fresh air from the outside on the rooftop. Getting out his screwdriver he took off the cover on the air vents and crawled inside. He had accomplished the easiest part of his job, now came the hard part.
Darkness lingers in the hearts of even the brightest people.
