...though I don't mind playing low-casual if you don't mind more information rather than short paragraphs. I usually tend to put out what I get in. My only rule concerning categories, I refuse to play Basic/Free or what ever you want to call it. I played it for about two years because I thought that was what roleplaying was and I never want to go back again...

Genres really depend with me. I'll usually do anything from Fantasy to Military as long as I'm feeling the mood. Lately I've been feeling in the superhero/supervillain mood, and I think that's that's been my niche for awhile. If you want to do something military with me, be sure that it's WWII/WWI/Cold War. I can't do much else besides those, as I'm not familiar with much else. And I WILL NOT do Nation Roleplays if you ask me. I have a thing with these, I haven't tried one yet, but want to. I'll have to wait until I have time to participate in one. Though, if you do have a modern nation roleplay you're looking for people for, please notify me. I might be willing to do one on your recomendation if I have time.

I figure it's pretty straight forward. Action/Adventure concerning modern times, not medieval, please. I don't want to fight you with swords, I'd rather use a gun.

Here are some of the things you'd want to expect from me if you're roleplaying with me:

Yes, I can be harsh. Please get over it. I'm never mean for unnecessary reasons, I always try to be just when I'm dealing out punishment. This will probably include if you're jerking off, or just being an ass in general.

I like a chatty OOC. I enjoy to talk to and get to know my fellow roleplayers. Please expect me to keep the OOC alive and moving.

90% of my characters are males.
Please realize, I much prefer to play males than female, but I'm not male myself. I despise playing whiny, weak characters, and if on the chance that I do play a female character, she will be a bitch. My male characters do tend to be very flirty, but very snobbish at the same time, usually they are weak, but they tend to try to make up for it with other characteristics instead of being a whiny baby about it.

I tend to swear... a lot. Obviously, depending on the character I might not swear as much, but my characters tend to enjoy swearing on a momentary occasion (no not ******* every ******* second, **** you). If you're offended, please tell me and I'll lay off the expletives.

I format.
As you can see from this post, I do tend to format my roleplay posts, but usually not as much as this. I change text colours (to something readable, mind you) for dialogue, and I might change fonts for certain things like computer documents, letters and the such.

Quality and Quantity.
Yes, if you can't put out quantity, I always want quality anyway. You may not be the best writer, and neither am I (I'm horrible, if I say so myself), but please use spell check, and read through your post and correct things (even if it's after you've already posted). I know I miss things like spelling an instead of and, because the spell-check misses things like that, but I try my best to find it when I come back.

Preferred Category: Higher casual, advanced

Preferred Genres: I love good ol' classic high fantasy. Bring on the elves and orcs, folks. Seriously, whenever I see a fantasy interest check, I have a hard time resisting.

Medieval settings tend to make me happy. But time and place don't really matter. I can enjoy a good sci-fi adventure, especially if it involves strange alien races or a post-apocalyptic theme. Or any time in between.

I like adventures and epic battles. So a superhero theme, or any sort of RP that includes players with enhanced abilities (telekinesis, super speed, etc.) would suit me fine.

Genres I'd rather not RP in include most fan-based RPs; I don't want to play a set character from anything. However, an RP based on the world of the Watchmen or Priest or (insert movie/video game/book here) is fine.

Having a romantic relationship in real life, I have a hard time with romantic anything in an RP. It feels fake and cheesy. Sure, if the story requires a bit of romance, that's fine, but I usually keep it to a minimum.

High school/reality RP's don't attract me. I want adventure and magic, sorry.

Preferred type of play: I prefer a group setting, but I'll try 1x1 ONLY if it's advanced. I don't want to read tiny entries when I only have one other character to interact with.

I've never tried a D&D style RP, so if your includes dice rolling or anything of that sort, you might have to walk me through it. I'm open to try it, however.

I like to have post orders, but they aren't required. I also think at least one post a week is appropriate, at least for an advanced RP.

Extra information: I love walls of text! It means the GM/player put time and effort into the post. Usually. So they don't scare me off.

Preferred Genres: Fantasy, supernatural, horror, humor, adventure, action, romance....I have no real preference.

Preferred type of play: I've done 1x1 many times, bad experience sometimes, but still great fun. Group is just as fun.

Extra information: I like dark themes. I never intentionally start a romance in stories. If the romance develops, that is good, but I will not go out of my way and force romance to happen, even if the romance is the main point of the story. If there is no chemistry between characters, there can be no romance.

I must say Fantasy would be a main attraction, as would a steampunk type RP. Pokemon is fine, And I'm generally willing to try anything. Don't mind a bit of romance but don't really do it unless in conjunction with something else I'm interested in.

Maybe around 3-8 players? I'm willing to do a little 1x1 but generally tend to avoid it

Extra information:
If I like a roleplay a lot, I'll join it. Also, I tend to be good at writing backstories and plots for RP and keep to the plot well. I might not be on every night but will definitely have time for a 1-2 paragraph post every two nights. Arena is quicker. Being part of multiple roleplays, generally expect about 4-5 posts a week if it is active per RP (I keep to about 3-4 at a time)

Preferred type of play: Any. Small groups, large groups, 1x1- it doesn't matter.

NOTE: I generally don’t play 1x1 unless the plot really interests me since I believe there is less of an excuse to let an 1x1 RP die with just two people involved. I try to make extra sure I'm interested enough in the 1x1 storyline to keep with it in the long run.

Extra information:

• I like stories. When I look for a RP, I’m generally looking for ones that have a clear, defined plot.
• I have rules concerning romance- I don’t play it unless a) I’ve have played with the other player before AND b) it’s used a plot device AND/OR c) it’s vital for their (or my) character's growth.
• I take at least seven days to post. Period.
• Four RPs is the maximum number of RPs I'm willing to play at a time.
• I'm a laid back player and I don't take well to controlling GMs. If a GM is too demanding I'll likely leave the game.

Extra Information: I like to draw, I just got a graphics tablet so expect character sketches and stuff out of me, I may even do art for the other players or gm if the concept catches my attention and gets the old artist juices flowing.
