Preferred type of play: One on ones and groups as long as they aren't too big, because then it just becomes confusing and people are likely to get ignored.

It's most likely that I'll join - right now I'm quite hesitant to join RPs. I don't join roleplays that already have too many posts. Please note that I may be slightly wary when creating a character and roleplaying with genres or themes I'm not really familiar with, so I may ask a few questions - not too many though. I usually roleplay females, but I will play males too; and the ages of my characters usually range from teenagers to young adults. I often play shy characters, but I will try to vary the types of characters I create and roleplay.

Preferred Genres: I won't do historical or mech, and I don't care much for romance. Otherwise I'm open to most anything. I do like overall darker themes, though. Strife and struggle are always good for character development!

Preferred type of play: Small group and group, though I will do others.

Extra information: If there is anything at all you'd like myself in particular to participate in, contact me. Should there be some sort of class type, I generally like to play a theif-type character. I always play my own gender (Female). I'm just re-starting RPing after quite a few years, so any guidance is more than welcome. Expect wordy embellishment and lots of adjectives, as I love to explore all senses whilst weaving a story

Preferred Genres: I love a good fantasy, but anything out-of-the-ordinary and original can catch my eye. While I will join spin-offs, I have a strong adversity to canon.

Preferred type of play: The best kind of play is when everyone collaborates, each bringing in their own element to the plot, running theories and plans by the GM, if there is one, and generally acting FTP or FCD (For The Plot or For Character Development).

Preferred type of play [OnexOne, etc]: Any and all, though I find One x One and small groups of about 4 or 5 work best.

Extra information: I'm very drawn to well-developed, engaging characters. I don't need lots of action and fight scenes, as long as the characterization is on par.

(I like an RP where you're encouraged to write well, but at your own pace--no mandated post-length, and not too fast)

Preferred Genres: Fantasy, Steampunk, Superpower-related, Adventure...Anything that I can formulate a plot that has a definite beginning and end for. I also have a soft spot for "academy" RPs, though I realize it's silly! There needs to be a good mix of characterization AND action/combat.

Preferred Type of Play: Medium group (5-7), faction-based (as long as each faction is small/medium), and some 1-on-1 is okay.

Extra Information: I am all about creating a solid character; my first thought in any RP is not "what will the plot be like?" but "what kind of character can I use throughout this?" But I'm also obsessive when it comes to creating a plot too. I like RPs that have a definitive goal in mind, a beginning and an end. Preferred category: High casual/Advanced. I've had enough experience with writing to manage (and prefer) Advanced roleplays, but sometimes it feels like the posts can be too long.

Preferred Genres: Fantasy, Sci-fi-ish, Almost anything magical or super powered, some modern. Open to other ideas, as the quality depends more on people than genre.

Preferred type of play: Small to medium sized groups are my favorite. Large groups can work, but it is hard to keep up with reading. Never tried a one on one.

Extra information: I tend to be a fan of combat, but I'm more than happy to do a straight character development rp if the plot and characters are good. Currently looking to join an rp with a friend of mine. Pm me if you have something that fits the description.

Preferred Genres: (High-)Fantasy, medieval, adventure, character growth, real life or action. I actually like all sorts of genres, the genres I rarely RP are high school, sci-fi or futuristic stuff. Though I am willing to look at any RP, because RP's with multiple genres are the best

Preferred type of play: I prefer medium groups, because small ones tend to be slow on posts and large groups tend to be hard to keep up with reading.
I like 1x1's too, but that one really depends on the story.
