I like an RP with a good plot, once that drives the story forward not too quickly, leaving time for character development and also making the characters interract with each other and deal with whats happening around them. I dont like roleplaying with people that make characters that are overpowered and have an obvious advantage over other players. It turns me off the roleplay badly. I also dislike playing with people who try to control other characters or force the plot to go in a certain direction. I believe that the plot should only be controlled by the RP creator, or a select few people in the RP that the creator can trust with developing the storyline.
Overall, most of my characters are usually normal people. Thats right, no demi gods, demons, angels, vampires or any of creature of the like. I usually play as a human, with next to no abilities. I like to give myself a challenge, seeing how easy or hard it is to keep up with other characters who have abilities that I dont. I usually find other ways to make up for the lack of abilities, I.E technology wise, gadget, firearms/weapons and other things.
I'm pretty open when it comes to plot and character development, so I dont mind the odd PM from someone if they want their character to interract with mine. It drives the story forward and I'm able to create some pretty awesome back stories concerning both the characters involved.
Overall, I think that I'm a pretty decent Roleplayer. I've been doing it for a few years now. I started just to help me write, but now, I'm all for the story.
