I would prefer to be considered for role playing threads that take place at the advanced or casual level. I will also be willing to partake in any category of role play if requested and the concept tweaks my interest.
In short, I am open to any genre of role play as long as the idea is intriguing to me. Of course, I am hesitant to partake in any cyber sex or romance unless it is to progress the storyline. For the purposes of this particular thread I prefer the fantasy, medieval, and steam punk genres.
I am open to any level of involvement but I believe a group should not be too large as to hinder the progressive flow. I suppose no more than six not including the dungeon/game master is my limit.
On a side note I am specifically looking for literate role play. As I am sure you have already notice I have certain level of control over the English language. If it is asked or required of me I am willing to teach or train others who wish to become better role players or writers. I am willing to critique and give advice if necessary or asked to do so. I am also willing to be a dungeon/game master if necessary or asked to do so. I am always willing to create or help create a storyline. If background information is required for the persistent world I would also be interested in helping to create that as well.
Most importantly, if my help or involvement is desired just ask. I am always willing to help when I have the time.

Preferred Genres: Though any genre is possible, I tend to like fantasy/sci fi more than anything. Just don't get me wrong in any way; just because I said that doesn't mean I don't like any other genre.
Preferred type of play: As long as I find the plot and the roleplay itself interesting, I'll be willing to do it.
Extra information: I have a high degree of interest in playing the role of antagonist, but please don't MSG me and ask: "Hey, can you be the bad guy in my anime-based roleplay?" For one, I don't really like doing a roleplay based off of something, and two, I view the terms 'antagonist' and 'bad guy' to be extremely different. I also despise those who try to think of roleplays as if they were some side video games; if you want to make a character who just beats the crap out of stuff, don't try to waste my time. I'm here to roleplay for the plots, not to see some lowlifes making characters that they'll never be like in reality and just fight like brainless trolls.
So basically, as long as I see the plots to be of interest, and the characters can be engaged in deep development(not necessarily in terms of romance), I'll be willing to roleplay.

Extra information: I like to play around with philosophy and character development and weird cosmological concepts. So any RP involving one or some or all of those is a big plus.

Preferred Genres: Supernatural(ghost, demons, and the like), fantasy, vampire, horror, modern, romance...(I'm very open, it's really a good plot that attracts me. sell your plot and I'll probably play) and steampunk is a new area I've been wanting to dabble in. Sky pirates sounds entertaining, though I know very little of the genre.
Preferred type of play: one x one or small group is fine by me.
Extra information: My posting frequency varies. I can post four or five times in a day or maybe only have time to get to a role-play once every other day. If it the gap is more than that I'll gladly warn you.
..and I always play a female character...cuz I'm female.

Preferred Genres: Dark , Fantasy, Crime, Historic. Bonus points for a crime ring in an historic dark fantasy setting.
Preferred type of play: Medium to large groups are a favorite. Ocassionally one-on-one if the interest-check seems appealing, but I'll let you know if I'm interested, don't contact me for these.
Extra information: Punctuation, grammar, and a liberal application of Spell-Check are greatly appreciated. Everyone makes the occasional typo, but if anyone doesn't know or care about the difference between there, they're, and their, then there is no way they're going to see me on their thread.
