Duces Mutare, the latest Internet sensation has recently caught our attention. While previously thought to be some punk exercising his free speech, we later discovered that this "innocent YouTube channel" was actually the front of a terrorist organization, led by the infamous Abla Al-Qadir, those of you that did your damn homework should remember him from our past encounter in the 1980s. This guy is dangerous, more dangerous than Zakhaev, Dragovich, hell even Makarov. He knows exactly how our society works, he weaves his way through our culture like a knife through butter. Ever heard of Pewdiepie or Tobuscus? He controls an entire network of people like that, and they brainwash our children. Our teenagers. With our rising population, the teenagers are starting to rise. What's more malleable- and powerful- than a bunch of dumbass teenagers. He controls YouTube, he practically controls our education, and his people have infiltrated our government. The very people we want to protect are going to be pointing guns at our heads. It's going to get tough boys. You've got two options, kill this guy, or kill your children.

~backstory~
So, there's the story^. The entire world is under stress from this terrorist from Arabia, who is using the malleable minds of children to establish his empire. So for characters, you can play as a member of Seal Team Six, which because I'm an arrogant evil white rich American is essentially one of the most lethal military units in the
world. Alternatively, you can play as an undercover mole (like Farid) in Abla's network, or you can outright play as a true villain, like Delfalco.

Name: Theodore Ling

Code name/Nickname: Excalibur

Faction: USMC Human Source Intelligence(HUMINT)/ Seal-Team 6 TOM(Technical Operations Management)

Personality(optional): Theodore is overall inquisitive, always with a book at hand or his trusty laptop. He is sometimes plain cynical, but at the same time, devoted, and even a little childish to the point that it makes him hard to hate. He doesn't lie, but he does keep secrets. He is sarcastic, but it is how he gives advice.

Brief Bio: Teddy came from a rough upbringing in a rough part of rural New York, to a chinese mother who owned a alterations shop, and a father who ran a dry cleaning business out of their apartment( standard two story building, business was on the first floor. He, tended to only stick to himself trying to study up for school, just so he could go to college and get a decent enough job to get his family out of that place. So he decided to try to help out in a different way, he enrolled in ROTC in Highschool and began to take advanced classes due to his testing high enough for them. For the next four years,he would try his hardest to get through ROTC and keep a good GPA in order to qualify for any scholarship program available, in his senior year, his Senior Instructor gave him some good news that he would end telling his parents about, both of them seem thrilled about the scholarship,going about thinking highly of their son who had strived to go above and beyond their expectations. When he graduated from high school he went to College on the ROTC scholarship, yet again doing extremely well academically as well as his ROTC instruction. Upon, graduating from college, he went to be commissioned into the USMC as a 2nd Lt, working in the Intelligence branch as a Ground Intelligence Officer for the first four years of service, until he was transferred(?) in HUMINT officer around the time that the whole Abla Al-Quadir and Youtube went off. Theodore learned that he was assighn to work with Seal-Team 6 through the operation where he was assured that his skillset would be put in further use.

Code name/Nickname: The Fist

Personality(optional): This man is cruel, and has an overwhelming hatred for the American way of life. He less of a man and more of a creature, a creature born from loss and cruelty. He seems to take pleasure in other people's pain, whether it be physical or mental. His blood-lust is untameable, as is his thirst for power.
Brief Bio: Born in Kabul, Afghanistan, on the poor side of town, his early years were filled with poverty and loss. He lived on scraps of eaten food, as his family struggled to survive on what they could find. His true hatred for America arose whenever he witnessed an American soldier kill his entire family with a poorly aimed RPG shot. And thus his bloodlust began, as he would later kill that soldier by sticking a glass shard in his eyeballs. Hopping along board the Al-Qaeda for a time, he proved to be a lethal warrior, but left after his lack of religion was conflicting with his ability to complete assignments. While born a Muslim, he later began to believe that no God that cared would make the world a hellhole. He finally found the key to his eventual rise to power by joining the newly founded "Scorpions," a clan of anti-American radicals who ironically used a democratic-republic system to make decisions. After chopping off the head of the team's "leader," he tyrannically took over the position and gave himself power. While he may have recieved little education, he is certainly not stupid. With access to all of the leader's files, he learned everything he could on America and completely reshaped the Scorpions, forming it into a massive network with spies and frauds, all of them brainwashed by Al-Qadir himself. Changing the "Scorpions" name to "Duces Mutare," which is Latin for "guides to change," he established his empire and rules it with a fist. Now he refuses to stop until the world bows at his feet. And if America falls, what hope does the rest of the world have?

Brief Bio: Raised in Japan, Takashi's family moved to America to find a better life for Takashi. Takashi grew up and was constantly made fun of due to the fact that he was Japanese. Takashi then joined Delta Force but, was once again, made fun of his race. Takashi then uses a balaclava with a "Ninja" face guard on it (Think of Ghost) and barely speaks to hide his accent. Takashi was then moved to J-SOC, the Joint Special Operations Command.
