Although I will say my first day of trimming came as a major shock, and afterwards things became far more easier.

Trimming on a line with product steadily coming at you is a bit more difficult than it would seem. You got about ten seconds to get all the cuts done right, then on to the next product.

Well, it depends on what he would be using the knife for... preparing food? Packaging? Blue said dicing and such so it is probably food-related.... but cutting is all the same thing...

In my Comm class I was told that a good attitude is better than skill... so if Turt DID get shanked by a customer and he just smiled it away, then that might be a point you'd want to enlarge... and seeing as how your (head?) Was cut open, It could also be a part of being calm in a crisis...

But what do I know? I haven't taken a job yet.

The first six weeks were just knife skills, I was still being taught them through out all of my culinary education, (all 7 months,) now I'm not saying I am god on earth, but I am saying I can fabricate a chicken in 10 minutes.
