Matthew was the son of a well-known and very rich doctor, whom specialises in cancer treatement. He disliked his son, as he had decided to work in a Comic Book store, or what the doctor called, "a lesser mentality and lesser ambition".

Walking home one evening, he is snatched away, tossed down the stairs, into a basement. He was kidnapped by a girl, who seemed to know who he was, despite Matt living in pretty much secreacy.

While there, Matthew is told and shown images of his twin, who, unknown to him untill then, was given up for adoption when they were born. The woman reveals be his sister, and to have taken him, so he can be with her, and get to know her.

This can be twincest if you want.
