Anybody sure if we are allowed to have a mix goverment. Part one goverment and part another ?

Since its your race I'm pretty sure we're allowed to do what we want with all aspects of it, including Government
Sovern. Assume that my ships did not respond to you. And try hailing them again :P. Since you did not say if you made contact with them. So i got nothing really to work on.

I wanted to make something new rather than the same thing. This will be a bit.... different, I think, than the rest of things.
Nation Name- The Fu'Rei
Location- 12, although technically nomadic. Coming in from the edges of space.
Color- Probably Puke Green.
Attitude- Exceedingly Xenophobic. The collective mindset of the Fu'Rei is that races other than them are little more than foodstuff, and are treated accordingly. There are very, VERY few exceptions to this rule. A Fu'Rei will generally treat races that manage to best them in combat with slightly more respect than, say, a race they are meeting for the first time. Considering that the Fu'Rei only know war, bloodshed, and the overpowering desire to consume, this is more a respect for their intelligence than any actual sentimentality for them.
Capital Planet- No specific central planet. The Fu'Rei are nomadic, travelling in what are referred to in their language as "Fu'Rei 'Undogarvo", roughly translating to "Womb of the People", massive biological-natured worldships that act as both habitats and combat vessels for the entire race.
Planets- None. The Fu'Rei disregard planets, and instead attach their ships to planets to drain them of both inorganic resources and organic resources, using them to fuel their ships and allow for further expansion.
Leader- No effective singular leader. The Fu'Rei are run by a "council" of sorts, the members of which are the minds of the Fu'Rei 'Undogarvo, which link in a telepathic method. These orders are relayed to the rest of the race through, again, telepathic nodes that are located throughout the ships.
Government- The Fu'Rei have a rather primitive "republic" of sorts, except the representatives are instead the worldships that make up the Fu'Rei fleet, and they are "elected", essentially, for life. Any Fu'Rei has a chance at becoming a Worldship through genetic manipulation, however, those that are chosen are generally chosen for great acts done in the name of the Fu'Rei race.
Population- Constantly Fluctuating, generally somewhere between 500 billion and 2 trillion, at least, of humanoid-type shape. The reason this fluctuates is due to the need to constantly recycle and reproduce new workers and such for expansion, military campaigns, or whatever else might possibly be required of them. Considering that every single piece of "technology" that the Fu'Rei has is, in all technicality, a Fu'Rei in and of itself, one could safely assume that the population is, in fact, much greater than this number.
Races- Although the Fu'Rei take many different shapes, they all, fundamentally, are Fu'Rei. Other races are food.
Currency- There is no need for currency when one simply takes what one wants, and eats it.
Allies- Allies? Don't make me laugh.
Enemies- Probably whoever they encounter.
Military- 10. The Fu'Rei are, basically, one giant military.
Economy/Resources/Trade- 0. What need have you for economy when everything you want can just be seized?
Influence- 40. Although it is doubtful that anyone actually knows of the Fu'Rei as of yet, considering that they are just coming in from far reaches of space, it is equally doubtful that anyone ever would have any positive opinion of them.
Advantage Traits-
* "CONSUME THEM ALL! LEAVE NOTHING BEHIND!": The Fu'Rei are able to accommodate various shifts and changes in their genetic patterns in response to devouring (literally) other members of species, and can adopt those traits in future iterations. What is most terrifying is, due to the species-wide telepathic link, these new traits can start being adopted almost immediately.
* "One is All! All is One!": The Fu'Rei, despite having individual tastes and personalities, are completely telepathically interlinked with each other, allowing them to share information and everything else at a speed unheard of. Massive biological relays allow these telepathic thoughts to go even faster than light itself.
* Regeneration: The Fu'Rei have a massively increased metabolism in almost all cases, allowing them to recover from what would otherwise be mortal wounds very quickly. Even the massive worldships recover from damage over time, although obviously, they recover slower than a soldier would.
Disadvantage Traits-
* Biologically Based: All of the Fu'Rei's technology is based on biology and genetic manipulation. A bioengineered virus might put them on their asses for a good chunk of time, if formulated correctly.
* "We know only to consume!": The Fu'Rei's sole purpose in their lives is to devour organic and inorganic material, and use it to create more Fu'Rei. This makes them rather.... Single-minded in their approach. Most members of the Fu'Rei aren't particularly bright as a result, and indeed, without the guidance of the minds of their worldships, the vast majority of the race would essentially be clueless.
*Breakdown: An average Fu'Rei's biological clock is quite short. Singular members of the race rarely live for more than 4 years, all knowledge requirements already being passed into them at birth, and coming out fully grown. This results in a rather high turnover of the Fu'Rei, and probably also results in their overall lack of value for life.
Other Traits-
* Utterly Alien: The Fu'Rei are quite unlike most other races in the Galaxy. Trying to understand them, or psionically link with them, could end catastrophically, and their language in and of itself is nigh impossible to translate, requiring the person to both have control over the pheromones they produce, telepathic capabilities, minute body language quirks, and the ability to speak.
History-
The history of the Fu'Rei is, admittedly, unknown. Not even the minds of the Worldships adequately remember their origins. There ARE clues, however, hidden mostly in how they operate.
It is seriously doubtful, first and foremost, that the Fu'Rei evolved and became this way out of natural selection.
Race (Species) Sheet
Race Name- Fu'Rei
Population- It is currently unknown to the Galaxy how many Fu'Rei there may be in existence. One can only hope that this "wave", as it were, is the only one in existence.
Habitat- The Fu'Rei, due to their adaptability, have no one habitat that they can call their one true home. Their worldships are the closest thing to "habitat" they have.
Home System- Unknown. The Fu'Rei come from outside of the Galactic Rim.
Appearance-
The Fu'Rei take on many forms, ranging from the massive, biological worldships, to the lowly soldiers. Almost all Fu'Rei have large, gaping mouths filled with razor sharp teeth that can, effectively, cut through just about anything, including the worldships. This is for processing organic and inorganic material to be utilized by the Fu'Rei later.
An average Fu'Rei soldier. These soldiers utilize biological "weaponry" that generally grow out of them due to stimuli, rather than specifically being equipped with a given loadout.
This is a picture of a smaller Worldship. Likely to be recently birthed, it will get larger and larger as it devours both organic and inorganic substances.
Physiology- The Physiology of the Fu'Rei is a fascinating subject, and studying them alone would probably result in great advancements in the fields of biogenetics, due to the complexity of their genome and how "modular" their genetic code is. However, it is impossible to pin down one specific "physiology" of Fu'Rei, due to the fact that new organisms are formed with wildly different physical natures almost daily.
Personality- The Fu'Rei are horribly xenophobic to the point of violence towards everything that is not, well, them. Possessing little drive other than the desire to consume and eat, the Fu'Rei are generally not known as pleasant, kind, or caring whatsoever. Their unique biological circumstances causes the average Fu'Rei to simply not care that much about death, as, in the end, the Worldship will reabsorb his mass and convert it into a new form, recycling and self-cannibalizing over and over.
Lifespan/Birth/Aging- Depends on type. The average soldier Fu'Rei lives, at max, for about 4 years, while the Worldships live for an unspeakably long time.
Language- The language of the Fu'Rei has no specific name, and is probably impossible for non-Fu'Rei to learn, thus it probably isn't important to know about.
Religion- Oh, man, you GOTTA be kidding.
Culture- ..... Are you really serious? The Fu'Rei have nothing that could be truly construed as "culture".

Lord Azazel, probably they see we're trying to hail them, open up the link, and we try to communicate. Try and expect many hand gestures and images to be exchanged due to lack of a common tongue.
And Durandal, were the Fu'Rei in any way inspired by the Zerg or Tyranids? And when it comes to biochemistry (not physiology) are they similar to other races? I mean, are they carbon-based, oxygen-respiring, and use water as a solvent?
