Well necromancy is dark magic. So while it is allowed, using it would corrupt you and any normal Druid or Priest would see you for what you were and studied and therefore you would be shunned. My character when i get round to it (tomorrow or Friday). will be a Druid who is trying to recruit people to stop the demon infestation from spreading.

lol yea but revive and necromancy are diffrent, with revive you are recovering some one from the dead and restoring them with there soul. Necromancy you are just reanimating a dead body to use as your minion.
I see Ressurecttion being different from revival. But I could be wrong.
" When you got nothing to lose. You got, nothing to lose "
revive was the original goal of necromancy......
NECROMANCY AS A WHOLE-
Healing-Very well actually to the point were they can bring people back even after they have died in some cases
Light attacks- Especially ones meant to hurt undead this meshes with healing on occasions
Summoning undead- duh
Biological powers id say(nuetral but leans towards dark)- a form of dark/light magic specifically made to hinder/help the body.
That is all that necromancy has adapted to because raise the dead has always been a clerical spell. Just a rather fucked up use of being a really good healer bonding a soul willing to serve you to the body as well as breaking there mind farther to seal the bond. Theres a reason why skeletons can attack necromancers if they suck at there job
Modern day scientist trying to make eternal life and creating zombies stories is also based around this.
