Name: Angelina of Roth's Temple
Appearance: Standing at about five foot seven, she has a bit of height to her. Her brown hair is kept long and tied out of her blue eyes with a thin silken ribbon. She has a kind, though toothy, smile that shows off dimples on ether side. Her wings are a light brown, and her teeth slightly pointed. Her skin, while pale, is clear and smooth. Once a month, if she leaves her temples and holey relics, she will shift and succumb to her animistic side. But she attempts to avoid that when possible.
Background: Angelina was abandoned on the steps of the temple. The High Priestess took her in, raising her to live her life in Roth's name. The woman quickly discovered the reason she'd been abandoned. While she was a child of Roth's most holy, she was also of his dammed. Rather than banishing the child or having her removed from the world, she spent her life researching a cure for the curse. The werewolves were a race of cannibals and rapists. As punishment for their sins, they were cursed by Roth. He had expected them to turn on each other, to tear one another apart. Instead, they organized, persevered, and the blight spread. The curse passed on to their children, and their children passed it on as well. A half wolf was cursed, a quarter was cursed, an eight was safe. But the trait still lingered, and the curse lived on. It lived in Angelina.
The kind priests created a charm that would protect her from herself. It brought forth her blessed half, shielding her from the curse and protecting her from the evil her parent had given her. She wears three of the charms at all times, simply to be safe so she would not be caught without one. The High Priestess has guided her from childhood to adulthood, and now she stands to take over when the older woman passes. She takes her duties very seriously and devotes herself entirely to her lord Roth.
Two likes: She has a bit of a fondness for wine, but never indulges. Wine is for ceremonies only, and she knows this. She also has an affinity for most animals, especially dogs. She has a pet puppy with whom she will often take long walks.
Two dislikes: She hates her curse and has a bit of a bitterness for both her parents. One for giving her up, the other for giving her the curse in the first place. She also does not like carrots. She won't touch them and most certainly will not eat them.
Have fun, don't die. In that order.
A man who thinks a woman belongs in the kitchen will never see one in the bedroom.
Swords and daggers may break my flesh.......
........but man are they shiny!
Talking things out might be the right thing to do, but sword fighting is so much more fun!
Life really IS a rose bed. You have the flowers along side the thorns.
