Looking for a group for the third (times the charm...) run of my RP, Convergence: Rise of the Archon. The premise of the RP is as follows (For previous iteration players, you may notice that things are switched up a bit from the last two RPs, just to make things more interesting or different, since this'll be the third time I've run this on RPG, and probably the sixth time in total...):
Players are young citizens (let's say 15-25) of the Port of Lumina, a coastal town surrounded by forests, on the planet Urth (<== See, it's different than Earth =P). On Urth, Humans live together with Angels and Devils, who are just other races with slightly different appearances (And eventually powers). However, the town is quickly thrown into chaos by the appearance of the Archon, world devouring monsters who have set their sights on Urth.
Soon, the players will be traveling from world to world, defending them from the Archon, while discovering what the Archon are and who they serve. This is where the KH inspiration comes in, possibly (depending on people's thoughts). There are a few options that I'd like people showing interest to give their opinion on:
1) Similar to KH, players travel to different worlds from media, but instead of Disney worlds, it would be worlds from games, anime, comics, etc.
2) We could also do homestuck style worlds, with interesting themes that players could suggest.
3) Something completely different... (Make a suggestion)
4) A little of a and b/All three. (Make suggestion if you have one)
And one last thing I want to get people's opinions on. I am thinking of doing a powers system similar to class/aspect from Homestuck. However, I will probably alter it so that humans have a set of 7 aspects unique to them, and the angels and devils will also each have 7 aspects based on the 7 sins and virtues. Thoughts?

Do you have to be a human from that world or can you come from the other worlds that'll be around too?
I don't know what's worse for me though: the fact that I know nothing about HS and that I do really like the idea or I'm a little wary about playing a human but still want to include myself in this olol
Well, you don't really need to know anything about homestuck to play this RP. It borrows a little from it, but I'll explain all of that in the OOC. It's pretty straight forward, you'll see. As for the worlds in Homestuck, if you were wondering about that, they are a basically all called "The land of X and Y", such as land of Trees and Rivers, or the Land of Sea and Sand. Those are just made up examples, though, in case you ever decide to read it =P...
And you aren't required to be a human. You can also be an Angel, a Devil, or even something else, I guess, if you run it by me.

Oh right! Pfff that'd be easy, I know a few who like HS but I don't generally because...well, I guess it's not of my tastes D:
I was thinking more like somebody from a game themselves, but it would actually tie pretty well with the whole angel and devil too at the same time. The character themselves aren't angel nor devil, but they have forms that are similar to an angel and a devil x)
I can play several characters if they're unable to pop in until later, I've always been good at playing a few at a time for compensation.
Hm... That could be possible. Which game character are you referring to specifically? TBH, I was already planning to have certain characters from things be in worlds they shouldn't be from time to time. The characters would probably mostly be cool people from worlds that either are or are too similar to Earth to bother going to.

The underground Vampyr Empire would be a cool place to be. It could be the gateway to the archon world.
