Infamous/godfather [an idea]

Okay so I started playing infamous again after rediscovering that I owned it and am playing on hard in which I die, and die, and die some more. I was thinking wouldn't it be good to summon people? Then I though what if you could conquer the gangs?

Eventually I came to the thought that what if you played someone that acquired powers and built up their own gang. So kind of like the godfather 2 game where you controlled a game except with a better set up. How I see it it would be a video game but maybe if you guys have some ideas we could make an rp of it.

So you have a human (maybe slightly altered but no aliens or anything) with a variety of powers like Cole has. (A single element/thing and a variety of uses of it) Anyone interested?
