We don't have finals here, not really. We have many smaller tests instead, makes sure that you learn the stuff easier then cramming the stuff into your head.
And we have something called, "national tests", which is somewhat harder that contains what you've been supposed to learn in that course. We only have them in English, Swedish and Mathematics though. Those three subjects that you have to get a passing grade in to "graduate" from any school in Sweden and all schools and courses are required to have some elements of them in the education.
However, to get a passing grade on the tests, you have to get around 50-70% correct answers, depends on the teacher.

On the new character, that's all up to you, if you want one more, make one. But like with the first character, it must get the approval before IC posting
