Inland New York, hidden deep underground, The Organization built their base. At first the base started simple, but as the money flowed in and technology has improved, the tunnels and rooms of the organization have expanded into a massive network of passages. They are confusing at first, but an able recruit will be able to quickly memorize the intricate network of tunnels, to find their way to any room they should need. Training rooms, weapon rooms, target rooms, sleeping rooms. The list of rooms is as limitless as the base itself is.
To most recruits, there is no reason to delve deeper than the initial rooms used for their trainings, but many of the full assassins have learned their way through the interconnected tunnels so perfectly that it is almost impossible to catch them, or prevent them from getting where they want to go.
Like the rooms, the tunnels themselves vary. Some are neat, white, and brightly lit. Some are dark, coated in shadows. Some are short, requiring you to progress on hands and knees. Some seem like little more than an animal burrow, while others are frequently traveled and made to be comfortable.
Master runs the organization, and to him you owe complete loyalty. Master is the reason you live, the reason you have purpose, and his word is law. But Master is kind. He will care for you, and he will teach you. He will help you to grow to your full potential, and to become a reliable and useful member of the Organization, serving its purposes and completing its tasks.
Your training begins here. This is now your home. We are now your family.
Name: Unknown. Well, he knows it, but no one else does.
Skills: Weaponry in general, hand to hand combat, strategy, camouflage. He is also very skilled at inspiring loyalty in others.
Best Weapon: Knives. Especially throwing knives.
Appearance: Master is slightly over average height for a man in his fifties, with neat salt and pepper hair, a short beard, and deep brown eyes. He is usually wearing a black collared shirt and loose black pants that he can maneuver in easily. Nothing on his face is distinct enough to make him noticeable, or have him stand out in a crowd. He moves with complete self confidence, and it is apparent that he is not the kind of man you want to mess with. So long as he wants you to see that side of himself.
Personality: Confident. Master is never in a hurry, but nor is he meandering. He always does things with purpose, even if it is as simple as walking down a hallway. He has no temper to speak of, but if you piss him off... you may be screwed. Despite that, he is calm and collected, easy with smiles and easy with critique. He is almost impossible not to love. Something in him inspires complete confidence in others, and once you get to know him you are devoted to him.
However, what his skills in acting hide is that Master is almost completely apathetic about everything, even his own life. He may act like he cares for you, but it takes more than your actions to win a place in his heart. In fact, as of now, there have been five people total that he has ever cared about. All of them are dead.
No one can see past his mask, though. Not unless he lets them. He understands that, in this type of organization, complete loyalty is a must. His agents must be fighting for someone, not just an abstract concept, or for money. Therefore, he created the mask that allows him to become the life of every person who knows him for a length of time.
There is also a hidden requirement that the recruits don’t know about. To become an agent, you must be willing to die for Master. If you aren’t, you fail, and we all know what that means. You never get another chance. Therefore, in every test, there is a hidden test where you must protect Master’s life, no matter the risk to your own. This test is only taken once, but Master is so adept at reading people that if you don’t care for him, he knows, and you aren’t likely to survive long. But no one else ever suspects Master of being the true origin of their death. After all, they love him.
History: No one but Master himself knows. And nor will anyone find out. Not if he has anything to say about it.
Master is currently in charge of the Organization. No one knows if he founded it ( well, he knows).
(I know his history, for the most part, and you will probably learn it, because he is just too cool of a character to pass over. But none of the characters we make will ever know. Unless it becomes useful for plot evolution. Never set anything into stone )
Name: Jamison Border
Skills: Hand to hand combat, element of surprise, patience, understanding, guns.
Best Weapon: Sniper Rifle, followed in a close second by his fists.
Appearance: Rook is tall and well muscled, with short black hair, well defined jaw, and bright blue eyes. He appears to be in his early thirties. Usually he wears a tight white shirt and grey sweats. He is usually very still, but when he moves he moves very quickly, cleanly, and powerfully.
Pardon his shirtless nature. The picture also portrays him a bit young. So, he’s a little older.
Personality: Rook is very adept at observation. He doesn’t miss anything and is very good at reading people. Despite that, he himself is transparent. If he is mad, you will know. You can also tell just as easily when he is proud, exasperated, frustrated, or happy. Because he acts so open it is easy to trust him. He simply looks as though he couldn’t hide anything from you. And, for the most part, it is true. See more on that in the history.
He is a very patient teacher, who guides his students well. He is always willing to repeat something if he knows you haven't gotten it, and he will also always help you. But he will also know if you are only asking for help to waste his or others’ time.
When Rook moves, however, he exudes deadliness and strength. If you know he won’t hurt you his movement tends to stir admiration. When he is actually attacking you, the usual course of action is to wet yourself. Rook believes in not wasting energy, so he never does any unnecessary movement. He always seems very still.
History: When Jamison was young, his father left for war. However, before he left, he promised his young son that he would come back. When Jamison and his mother hear, however, that his father had been killed by long range assassination, the young boy couldn’t understand, and could only think that his father had lied to him. From that point on, he practiced radical honesty. He grew up alienating many of the people around him, for he would always say what he believed, even if it wasn’t entirely polite. In his freshman year of high school, grades average, no friends, he fell in with the only people who would accept him, the druggie crowd. Finally, Jamison felt he belonged, and he dove into drugs, going further and further in as his “friends” egged him on. In his Junior year he put his chemistry classes to good use, and began to deal in Meth. The police caught him in possession of several grams, and, upon further investigation, found almost a pound of Meth hidden in his room.
Despite the fact that he was a teenager, the huge quantity of drugs and the fact that they had caught him actively distributing the drugs, meant that the court sentenced him to 20 years in jail.
Unable to see himself that far in the future, Jamison attempted to commit suicide in police custody. He was stopped, and put under watch.
The organization picked him up after his third attempt at suicide, got him through withdrawal, and gave him a purpose. However, they had problems training him in camouflage and subterfuge, because he’d never lost his policy of radical honesty. If anything, the drugs had hardwired it into his brain. The former head of instruction didn’t know what to do with him, and was about to fail (kill) him, when Master intervened. Master began training him personally, creating a ‘lockbox’ inside Jami’s head, which Jami could only access in private. It contained all the information of his assignments, and other information he had learned. When he needed to go out in public and couldn’t tell people things, this ‘lockbox’ literally made him forget it all. When he opened it he could store new memories in it, and when he finally got close enough to be ready to perform the assassination he simply didn’t relock the ‘box’. Thus, with the selective memory, Jamison, graduated to become Rook, became the best undercover agent they had.
Master also came to understand that people naturally listened to Rook. He helped Rook rise through the ranks, to become the new lead instructor when the previous instructor was killed on duty.
Name: Sebastian Domaan
Rank: Retired. Formerly F00I2
Skills: Tactical, information, intimidation. Formerly, groundwork (takedowns etc.), bo staff and other rod based weapons, tactical, and information.
Best Weapon: Currently, his mind. Formerly, the pike.
Appearance: With a bulbous nose and overly large ears, Stingray looks like a harmless 68 year old man. Slightly bloodshot eyes and low eyebrows give him the impression of an old, loyal dog. However, when he is serious or mad, nothing friendly can be seen in his features.
Personality: Despite his slightly misleading appearance, Stingray has as sharp of a tongue as the animal he is named after. He is quick to scold, and even quicker to critique. He is the only person in the entire organisation who will act rudely to Master. He is also the only person in the entire organization who is older than Master, which is most likely a testament to his great skill. New recruits quickly learn to avoid Stingray, however, those that are brave enough to risk the lashing of his sharp tongue will find a mind full of knowledge that is willing to share its secrets and techniques to the eager mind. He is not particularly angry, just ill-tempered and jaded. He doesn’t like show offs or upstarts, but to a humble student he is a great resource and friend.
History: Stingray’s history must be left out for Master’s to remain a secret. He is mostly kept on now because he has a great wealth of knowledge in terms of tactical maneuvers, manipulation, and other essential assassination mind arts. His age keeps him out of direct combat, but no one dares say that he is not useful.
Name: Anisya “Anya” Ialvoskaia
Skills: Dedication, ingenuity, rifles.
Best Weapon: Semi-automatic/full-automatic guns.
Appearance: Anya looks incredibly young for her 16 years of age. She has long curly hair that can easily turn into a tangled mess if not cared for. It is the stereotypical pale blonde color of Russians. Her eyes are a bright pale blue. She has a narrow chin, small nose, and a small dusting of freckles on her nose. She always wears long sleeved shirts to hide the scars on her shoulders and upper arms.
Personality: Anya is initially distant to anyone who approaches her, but a little bit of time and effort and Anya will start to consider you her friend. Despite that, she is still naturally suspicious, even of those she considers friends, and this was heightened after her recent betrayal. Anya is incredibly sensitive to physical contact, and tends to react poorly if anyone grabs her. She has the sense not to attack teachers or those superior to her, but if she considers you at an equal level or below, she will react quickly and swiftly to try and incapacitate her opponent in one hit.
History: Anya’s father was a captain of the Russian Bratva (mafia, you could say, although that is Italian), which got involved in a war with the Chinese Triad (another mafia, although the Mafia is still only Italian.) when the Triad started to encroach on the territory that the Bratva had claimed as theirs. It was a vicious war, one that Anya, as the daughter of the leader, got dragged into. She was sent to the Triad base to assassinate their leader. With the appearance of a child she would be able to slip by mostly unnoticed, and wouldn’t be as likely to get tortured or killed should they catch her. Anya succeeded, however, at that moment, the police showed up, and caught her soaked in the Triad leader’s blood. She was promptly arrested, but refused to say anything about who had led her to do it. Instead she only replied in Russian, frustrating the cops, but she was arrested without having betrayed the Bratva. She expected to be promptly freed and returned to her father, but, as a sixteen year old, was instead sentenced with first degree murder, and sent to prison.
Anya still expected the Bratva to get her out, but she was later visited by her father’s best friend, a man she had considered her uncle. He told her that the Triad had managed to kill her father in retribution, and that he, the new captain, wasn’t going to try and free her, for now she was on police records and, as a child, would be too much of a liability for the Bratva. So she was left in prison by the people she had considered her family.
Betrayed and hurt, Anya was open to the influence of the organization, and chose to join their ranks to find herself a new “family”, where she could once more begin to feel at home.
Name: Alice 'Mac' McTavish
Skills: Alice is best with most knives, but is a damn good shot with pistols as well. She is also good at deceiving her enemies.
Best Weapon: Her best weapon is her mind. Aside from that, her knives.

Personality: Alice may look like a sweet girl who would never hurt a fly on the outside, but in truth, she's tough as nails and willing to give her life for her cause. She's easy to get along with and loves to joke and laugh when the time is appropriate. When she's on duty or training, she has a blank face and normally doesn't show emotion. Alice wants to work her way up the ladder in the Organization, and will do almost anything to accomplish that.
History: Alice doesn't talk much about her past, only her future. The Organization knows of her past, but just about everyone else doesn't. She plans on keeping it that way. Her father got arrested for gun trafficking, and, having no mother, she was put into child services at age 5. She, however, always ran away from her families, missing her father, who was a good man, even if he had done something illegal. Eventually, she was recruited from child services at age 12, because the orphanage simply couldn't place her, and the organization saw her potential. She was a quick learner, and passed through training easily, becoming a full agent at age 22. That is where she is now.
Name: Nathan Deitrich
Skills: Nathan is very skilled in hand to hand. He prefers it over any weapons, but if needed, he knows sniper rifles well.
Best Weapon: His best weapon, is his body
Personality: Nathan is the kind of man that is given an order, and follows it. He is very good at following orders but not so good at giving them. He's quick and ruthless and hardly ever smiles unless he snipes a target. Nathan stays to himself most of the time, and no one, except the higher ups know about his past life.
History: Nathan was born on a military compound in Somalia in 1994. His mother was a doctor, and his father one of the men in the army who, while not his mother's husband, still chose to treat Nathan as a legitimate son. His father and mother got married when they both returned from the conflict in Somalia, and he spent the next 16 years of his life traveling from military compound to military compound, as his father was a die-hard soldier, and his mother chose to follow him. As soon as Nathan turned 11 his father started to teach him how to fight and shoot a gun, and Nathaniel was a dedicated student, ready to follow his father into the military as soon as he turned 18. His father was killed when he was 16, but Nathan still followed his mother to war, and continued to train, preparing himself to take his father's place now, rather than join him. When Nathan did enter the military he was immediately scouted by the organization, who saw a willing agent with a lot of potential. At eighteen years of age he is one of the elder recruits, and his military training has given him a slight leg-up over some of the other recruits, but his age and experience won't be enough for long if he doesn't learn how to take the initiative.
Name: Richard Jamison
Skills: Hiding in plain sight, rope or chain based attacks
Appearance: Approximately 32 years old.
Personality:Raven is quiet, and good at going unnoticed. People tend to walk right past him, and they also tend to underestimate him. He simply doesn’t feel that impressive. It is a mistake that most only make once.
History: Recruited from prison at age 22 he seemed too old to become a recruit, but he already had most of the basics needed to complete training, and within a year he became a full assassin. He rose quickly, able to complete stealth missions, and always striving to improve.
Name: Eleanor Manich
Appearance: Approximately 27 years old.
Personality:Swan is able to almost perfectly understand those around her. Because of that she can instinctively realize their hopes, and also instinctively realize their fears and weaknesses. Swan is naturally protective, and is unafraid to fight to the bitter end for something she believes in.
History: Swan was picked up as a street rat at age 5, and underwent very specific empathetic training under Master’s direct instruction. She is perhaps one of the most loyal people in the organization, seeing Master as her father, and everyone else in the organization as her family.
Name: Clark Demastus
Skills: Illusion, Charisma
Appearance: Approximately 30 years old.
Personality:You never quite know what Shadow is thinking. His eyes are calm, and he is good at getting you to notice, or not notice, whatever he wants. He is a hard instructor, always expecting the best, but he is not unreasonable or cruel.
History: Clark was a famous teenager magician, who traveled to avoid having to spend time with an abusive father and druggie mother. However Clark was not aware that his manager was also a kidnapper and a murderer. Using Clark’s shows as cover, his manager was able to make people “vanishing” seem normal. When Clark found out, he wanted to get out, but his manager wouldn’t let him. Clark was approached by the organization, who promised that they would ‘remove’ the manager. What Clark didn’t know was that the Organization was also planning to recruit him. They staged his death on stage, and brought him to the facility. At first, Clark resisted every attempt to train him, but eventually he unconsciously came to think of the organization as family. From there, he quickly grew into the role of ‘Shadow’, using his old stage tricks to give him advantages over his enemy.
Name: Sarah Summers
Skills: Adaptability, parkour.
Appearance: Approximately 25 years old.
Personality: Ray believes in taking the shortest path to the final destination. Because of that, she is not particularly good at subterfuge, but she is incredible at recon and retrieval missions. Overall she is kind, a good instructor, but she can push a bit, and if you don’t tell her to back off she may push you farther than you are entirely comfortable. Her lessons tend to revolve around problem solving, and teaching the recruits how things that look complicated can actually be incredibly simple.
History: Sarah’s parents were part of the circus as trapeze artists, and from a very early age Sarah had a large impression of the beauty of a body’s movement. From about age 5, Sarah began to practice her own act, which was a combination of parkour and gymnastics. By the time she was 15, she was beyond incredible, and was able to join her parents in a circus act. Sarah was able to complete one show, and then the entire circus went out of business, no longer having a place in the modern world. Her parents had done this their whole life, and now had no profession. They did their best to hold jobs, but had their house repossessed, and were forced to live on the streets with ever increasing debt. From here the Organization recruited her, and payed off her families debt. Sarah was glad to be able to find a place where she could once more follow her passion of acrobatic movement, and was willing to do anything to ensure that she did not lose this place in her life as well. She became Ray, the retrieval expert, and also became a close friend of Rook, sharing his teaching responsibility.
Name: Leah Oliman
Appearance: Approximately 23 years old. Her eyes are green.
Personality: Leah is quiet around people she doesn’t know, acting reserved and proper. However, once you become her friend, or at least a close acquaintance you will find that she has a wild personality, that she is a daredevil, and she is also very good at getting you to do what she wants. Leah had devoted herself fully to rising through the ranks of the organization, but now that she has reached the intermediate level she has backed off a bit, feeling comfortable enough in her current position that she no longer needs to prove herself as above average to be accepted by the Organization.
History: Leah was raised far from civilization with a reclusive and paranoid father who survived completely off-radar, living off the land; the vegetables that they could grow, and the deer that her father could hunt. Leah was taught everything she knew by her father, who, having no desire for his daughter to enter civilization, only taught her basic math and history. Instead, Leah learned how to survive, to fight, to shoot a gun, and to lay the traps that added to their meat supply. She learned how to survive as a wildman, in unity with nature and herself. However, the government eventually managed to track down her father, who was wanted for purchasing illegal weaponry and having not paid his taxes for over 15 years. Her father was sentenced to a brief time in jail, and Leah was forced to attend public school. Despite the fact that she was eleven, she knew only enough to get her through the most basic first-grade classes. Her ignorance on top of her wild appearance and uncontrollable actions quickly earned her the ire of every student she came into contact with. But Leah didn’t care. She continued to practice the skills that her father had given her. After getting suspended for the fourth time for climbing school property, Leah decided she was done with education and that she wanted to find her father and return to their wild lifestyle. However, when Leah ran away she realised that she had absolutely no idea where her father was, and no one that she could ask to find out. She still chose to run though, unwilling to live in society. The Organization tracked her down from there, and she joined them when she realized that it was either them, or back where she had come from. Over time, Leah learned to balance her wild nature with the demands of society and the expectations of the Organization. Because she needed supplemental education it took her longer than average to become a full assassin, but now, though she still acts like her wild self when she is around those she is comfortable with, Druid can take on any role, from lowest street bum to an educated rich-man’s daughter. She has become adept at traps of all sort, physical, psychological and verbal combined.
Name: Michael Hudson
Appearance: Approximately 26 years old.
Personality: Blade is very straightforward. He doesn’t have a temper, but what makes him mad, and conversely what you can get away with, is always the same. Despite his rather ferocious appearance Blade is a patient weaponry teacher, who is willing to work with a student to help them achieve their goals. Despite that, he is poor in the field, for he has no subtlety and is more inclined to hack everyone before him apart with his swords than to find a way around his enemies. Therefore, he is usually reserved for attack missions, in which he is incredibly effective. His swordwork could probably rival Master’s. Blade is loyal and good at following orders, but knows how to take initiative when it comes to conflict.
History: Michael had an obsession with weaponry from the time he was small, playing games with sticks as guns and swords with his friends. His parents were glad to enrol him in a sword combat class, for the discipline and activity would be good for his young body and mind. Michael was a devoted student, studious and devoted to his instructor. He went to tournaments with his school, and the organization caught wind of his skill from there. When he started looking into colleges at age 17 the organization approached him. At age 18, when he left home for good, he joined up with the organization. Showing the same devotion to Master that he once showed to his sword instructor, Blade has become a productive, if somewhat one sided, assassin and has the potential to become an even better teacher.
Name: James Callan
Skills: knives, handheld guns, leg combat, deception.
Appearance: Approximately 23 years old.
Personality: As given by his codename, Mask always wears some sort of persona. It can be a happy persona or a intent persona, but underneath he is almost completely emotionless. Because of that, it is hard to become his friend, because he doesn’t want to wear a ‘mask’ around his friends, but his apathetic state usually unnerves most people. If, however, you can come to accept him as he is, you will have won a friend who will be loyal in any situation.
History: Misunderstood by his parents, James’ emotionless actions were perceived as insanity, and when he was eight his parents felt that they could no longer care for him, and so sent him to an insane asylum. He spent three years there, where, being treated as insane, he began to believe that he was truly crazy. Master, recognising some elements of himself in James, brought him to the organization. He underwent special training with Master to teach him how to wear the masks, and then he joined group training. He passed, and focused on fieldwork, not feeling comfortable learning how to teach the new recruits.
Name: Clint Urin
Skills: Physical combat
Appearance: Approximately 17 years old.
Personality:Clint is a comedian and a friend, who strives for better, but is always willing to help another along the way. He is friendly, and a natural companion or listener.
History: Clint was a basketball player who got caught in possession of a small amount of marijuana. To make an impression, the cops chose to arrest him and sentence him to jail time. Clint realized this meant he had lost his spot on the basketball team, and any chance that he had of going to college. He snapped, and seriously beat his arresting officer, almost killing him. The organization picked him up from holding, offering him a way out of jail, and the money that his family needed to get his younger sister into college. He accepted, and is now a new recruit.
Name: Angela Sarin
Skills: Finding and using advantages
Appearance: Approximately 17 years old.
Personality:Angela is overall very social, and always opening to welcoming someone else into the group. Because she went through a very stressful period of time when she joined the organization she is always very willing to help new recruits, or anyone else who needs to learn how to adjust. Despite the fact that she is one of the best recruits Angela is never vain or self-centered. She is always kind and polite, and beats her opponents quickly. She never tries to “play” with her victims.
History: Angela’s parents were illegal immigrants from India, and when they were caught and deported they were forced to leave anglea behind, for she had been born in America and was technically an American Citizen. Put into an adoption service Angela became reclusive and abusive to anyone who approached her. The nine year old wouldn’t let anyone touch or communicate with her. The ORganization stepped in from there, and Master and Swan were able to get the young girl to trust again. They put her in general training at age 10, and Angela had to learn how to fight people who were five to ten years older than her. She learned how to use her size and appearance as an advantage, finding the places that her opponents were weak to.
Name: August Donald
Skills: Deception, dodging
Appearance: Approximately 17 years old.
Personality: He (yes, I mean he) is rather misleading. Most people who first encounter him assume he is female, and August does nothing to counter or deny that impression. In fact, he encourages it, tending to dress in more feminine clothes and give himself a feminine hairstyle. He is already a natural at hiding things from people, gaining the practice from needing to hide his desire to cross-dress from his strict family. He is funny and light, but disconcerting in battle, because he is very adept at convincing you that your attacks did more damage than they actually did. He moves with the attack, letting it make sound and look bad, while it actually does very little damage to him.
History: August ran away from home, and attempted to live on his own, trying to get a job by passing as an eighteen year old. However, life got hard, and he found himself a part of a local gang. Arrested multiple times, though charged with nothing serious, the organization found him in the police database. They tracked him down, and silently removed the rest of his gang. Once more on his own, August was willing to accept the offer of the Organization when he was approached by them.
